Hilton Lake Como

The rooftop pool, bar, lounge and restaurant all amazing with fantastic views of the lake. The entire indoor area has floor to ceiling doors and windows making for an all around view of the lake. Loved the lobby and courtyard. Booked a lakeview room which had a great view, was very spacious and comfortable. The entire hotel including rooms have nice modern design with great lighting. Close proximy to the lake promanade and easy walking distance to ferry service and city of Como for shopping and dining.

I cant really think of anything I didn't like.

room was great, the staff at reception were very, very polite and helpfu , the parking was perfect. Parking was very important to us. The gym was great as well, we were able to have a couple decent workouts, actually more than great, had a lot of equipment

The only thing we didn’t like was the food. It was okay but didn’t really justify the price.

the location

the dust in the room , 5 euros for a coffee if you didn't have breakfast. I did not receive back the difference between the deposit paid and what I consumed, approximately 44 eur

The property is stunning, totally worth the price that it has. Starting from the rooftop view with the infinity pool and finishing with the perfect dinner at the StreetFood location — everything was top notch. Even during high season in July the place was not packed. Breakfast was delicious and had great variety. The staff at each location that we visited was very helpful.

Bathroom could be improved with quite a few hooks for hanging clothes. Also, some clicking noises were sometimes heard from the air conditioning system, but it was very minor inconvenience. If only the pool could be open a bit longer during high season…

Pool and roof terrace was great. Room was very comfortable, clean and large. Terrazza 241 was very good, food excellent and and wine list good. It was very nice touch by the chef to come out to talk to guests at end of service, very personable and friendly.

Location was really great right on the lake, hotel immaculate, room was brilliant lovely bathroom and facilities beds were big and comfy. Staff friendly and we had a mix up with dates that they rectified quickly and immediately great service and very helpful.

You could pay to use the spa but it was €45 for 90 minutes. I didn’t bother as I felt I’d be watching the clock and wanted to relax. I also called down repeatedly to see what massages etc there were no answer - when passing in my way out always a queue so didn’t bother. The infinity pool was freezing (fair it’s winter) but they were doing building work so you couldn’t relax up on the roof either. Parking was great but steep at €28 a day/night.
