Great location next to the train station 1 stop (5 minutes) from the airport. Very nice hotel staff. Room price very good value (least expensive hotel in Rome). Nice modern but small room with a good bathroom and the best shower we had in Italy. Very comfortable bed and very quiet with great sleep quality (we were on the 7th floor). We recommend taking the airport shuttle to your flight….very inexpensive and you are delivered a few steps from the checkin counter.

The train to the hotel is convenient and cheap, BUT it’s a long walk from baggage claim to the train station. Also, both elevators were out of service at the train station near the hotel, so we had to lug our luggage up 2 flights of stairs and back down again to get over the tracks. Not the fault of the hotel, but THAT’S ITALY!

We had an absolutely incredible experience Residence Fiesole! From the moment I stepped foot in reception, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable and memorable. Thomasso and his father Minello were so lovely and made our stay extra incredible sharing a lot of the history of Firenze, made us feel extra welcome and valued! The room was immaculate, with stunning views of the landscape. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the amenities provided were top-notch. One of the highlights was the personalized service I received throughout my stay. The staff remembered my preferences and anticipated my needs, creating a truly bespoke experience. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It exceeded all expectations. I am already looking forward to my next visit, and I'm certain it will be just as exceptional as this one.

1 stop fm airport on F1 train. Best part was I got an early check in at 10:30 AM instead of 2 pm so I dropped my bags and got the next train to Rome. I had stayed here before so I knew what to expect in the compact room. For me the best part was the location. It adjoins a very large mall with lots of shops, restaurants, and an ikea. Plus I took the train to Rome and had lunch at my favorite restaurant. I took their shuttle to the airport which was easier than waiting for the train and walking forever to get to the terminal. The bed was comfortable.

First was the train system. The first stop fm the airport is the station for the hotel and it is right across the tracks. 1st time the elevators were working but some assholes destroyed them and they will never be repaired in my lifetime so I had to haul all my excess baggage up 2 flights and back down. The room was hot so I opened a window as the controls on the heater did not respond. WiFi was so so. The shower was a handheld with a holder that would slowly turn the shower head fm down on my body to face the wall, it would droop.

Beautiful property, very clean ~ like new! Receptionists speak English, Italian and perhaps more. Extremely helpful. Lovely breakfast buffet for a very good price on 1st floor. Safe area very close to airport ~ with 10 min. 6 euro shuttle ride which they set up right out front. Perfect for last night before flying home. An incredible shopping mall just outside the door ~ lovely food court + anything you might need. Train station also just outside if you’d like to get into center of Roma to visit all of the sights / get a tour.

I really like it all. I wasn’t exactly sure how to use the TV (link to my phone) but I didn’t care and they would definitely help if needed.

A great place to stay if you want to be close to the airport. Just spent the night there as I had an early flight the next morning. The room was clean and the service at reception was good, it was 24 hrs which was very helpful since we left super early in the morning. Big double bed, super comfy! Nice shower. It had everything you'd need for a quick stay. It was relatively simple to get to from the city centre. I managed to get from Termini station with one change and it took some time BUT only paid 4 euros. If you're willing to pay more you could get there faster. The hotel was literally next to the train station so that was convenient too. We got the shuttle bus to the airport the next day and staff made that a simple task thankfully (only a ten minute trip for just 6euro).

No complaints really, it was a very short stay, all my needs were met.

I chose it because my flight was very early in the morning and it's close to the airport. It was right outside the train station but I was surprised to know that from city center to the hotel, the only public transportation was train, not even subway. And it was not so cheap for more than 2 people. If you travel with more than 2, stay comfortably in the city and take a taxi to airport would be a better option. There was a small shopping mall right next to the hotel so it's kind of convenient.

The small shopping mall didn't have many good options of food. The food court had very limited options, and KFC was shut down. I ordered at one restaurant in the food court, and the food was like microwaved, was not even hot. The only place I could go was the shopping mall coz it was located in a very remote area, but it didn't really have many options.

We had an early morning flight from FCO airport so we stayed here for easy access. There was a shuttle bus that took us to the airport for 6 Euros, or you could also take the train that is 25 meters from the lobby. Very convenient. Next to the hotel was a large shopping mall that also had a large supermarket and food court that stayed open until 9 or 10pm. Roberto at the front desk was very professional and friendly and made arrangements for our shuttle and provided info about the mall. The lobby had a great selection of vending machines for food, drinks, ammenities, and free coffee/tee machines. I seldom experience a hotel that is so convenient. The rooms were modern and spacious enough for a stay of 2 or 3 nights.

We were completely impressed with this hotel, and the only thing we could suggest is about the shuttle bus. The shuttle bus to/from FCO airport was a huge convenience for us, but the hotel's website could have been just a little clearer about how to find it at the airport.

Great staff, easy checkin and checkout. We took the train at the airport, first stop is Parco Leonardo and the hotel is just in front. Shopping Center next door from the hotel. Bus shuttle for the airport only 6€ pp pick you up at the hotel, no additional fee for the luggage. The staff arrange the transfer for your convenience. The next day we took the shuttle for the airport early in the morning, 10-15min trip. The driver left you at the gate for your flight.

Cosmetic details in walls, loose/broken shower head but everything was functional. Good value for money and perfect place to stay for a transfer next day.

I stayed at the B&B the night before my morning flight. It was one stop from the Roma Fiumicino Aeroporto just like directions provided by the hotel. There are B&B 1 and 2 on both sides of the train station. B&B 2 is on the platform side arriving from Rome. Check-in was straight forward and I was able to reserve the shuttle to the airport during check-in. There is a shopping mall right by B&B 1. The shopping mall food court had good selections of sandwiches, drinks and fast foods. The prices were very reasonable. The room was basic but comfortable. I will stay here again.

We needed the room to rest after an 11 night cruise as our flight was due at night that day and the hotel is very close to Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci airport..The lady at the reception was so sweet & helpful.The room was spacious & clean,bathroom was well equipped & clean as well.There are two lifts not one to get into the rooms and that was great.There is a shopping mall exactly near the hotel which opens also on a Sunday,we did some shopping there & found a lot of bargains.there was an Ikea in this mall as well which I love to visit when am abroad as in Malta we don't have one. It was a pity we were staying in the hotel for just a few hours.
