Regardless of reviews, we have stayed twice for a week at a time and each time our room was clean, and well maintained with staff doing their due diligence to keep on top of everything. The beds were comfy and the location is convienent.

Rooms are a bit small, but that really has more to do with the fact that there were 4 of us.

Room: very spacious and clean, great air conditioning, liked the tv and fridge! Breakfast: was ok for continental, a lit a bit of variety would have been better, the last couple of days there was only peanut butter. Bed: liked the sheets and cushions. The mattrass needs to be replaced, it was not comfy. I think that to many people jumped on it and its time has come for the junkjard.

Staff: the cleaning lady could follow some social skills. She talked in a ordering/military way with a face like she just came from a buriel.

The location is within walking distance to the long term care my sister stays at.

My deposit wasn't returned at check out. My deposit was returned after a day but I felt unsure about it because it wasn't returned at check out.

Fridge had Coca Cola and Water. Coffee maker Comfortable bed. staff was nice

TV only had one channel - couldn’t change it. access to property was weird - one way only but poorly marked and leaving parking was a challenge- was blocked from leaving by taxis - no where for them to park and load so they just took the driving lane!!

A couple things could have been cleaned a little better. The coffee machine had some old coffee grounds in it so it took me a couple times of cleaning it myself to make a cup of tea.

Is in a good location where there are not many rooms available.Staff was friendly and cost of any towel replacement was clearly printed in room. Small continental breakfast was nice

Bed was umconfortable. Cleaning: moquette is old and dirty (it must be changed, maybe replaced by bladewood floor). BUT your booking service (booking.com) was very inadequate: we must change the reservation to another room, more adequate for us and this was not in your offer.
