Location of hotel is wonderful. Close to downtown and the beach and parks. Hotel was clean but likely needs a decor overall- was a bit tired looking but great price. Breakfast was good although I felt badly for the one server who seemed to be doing everything and could definitely had an assistant. She was great but the hotel needs to give her help. Otherwise, the hotel is quite pleasant

Needs to be redecorated- rooms seem abit tired looking. Server at the restaurant definitely needs a helper. She was great but can’t do everything all by herself.

The location of the hotel was perfect. I like being close to the bridge, the water and the near by restaurants. The outdoor pool was nice for relaxing after a long walk down by the pier. My husband and I definitely return for a longer stay than just 2 nights.

I wasn't happy with the staff at the B & B Tap & Grill Restaurant on site. We received complimentary breakfast, my first morning the waitress brought me coffee took my order then never seen her again. I left a $5.00 tip anyway. Second morning I'm waiting to be seated and the same waitress totally ignored me to be seated, stood there for over 5 minutes. Finally seated new waitress she took forever to bring my simple complimentary menu of 4 choices and give me coffee. Once she brought my food never seen her again. Again left her $2.00. This experience didn't not make me happy.

We loved everything about our stay. Staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. Common areas were very nice. Room was clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. The restaurant had a delicious breakfast, and the pool and patio areas are very nice as well. Just a really lovely place to stay with a great location.

There was nothing to dislike about our stay at this hotel.

My daughter and I spent one night(Sunday) the hotel was nice,clean, comfortable,friendly staff,huge outdoor pool with comfy chairs and lounges.Nice little exercise room.Close to all amenities and beaches and U.S border.Would definitely stay again.

It would be nice if the pool was heated,it was a very hot day but the pool was quite cold as the weather fluctuates alot.

I loved the room with a king bed and the stay was so comfortable.

breakfast took over two hours bc I guess the kitchen snd wait staff were understaffed? the food was great snd once we were spoken to after about half an hour, the communication was pleasant,

We paid for an excellent breakfast on Sunday morning We were allowed to use the dining room on Saturday night as it was not being used to serve. We gathered with relatives we'd never met but found on Ancestry .ca, Staff were very supportive of us. We also liked the fact that we could access our car from our 1st-floor room.

No complaints. Wish we were able to stay longer.

Pool was wonderful, front desk staff were very pleasant and very willing to please, with the exception of one worker on afternoons Katie ..

No elevator, resturant inside hotel wasn't open much and no snack store or even medicine needs to purchase at desk so thru out night had yo go out in cab to purchase tylenol

Breakfast was a grab bag in the morning, was nice for you could pick what you wanted versus what you were given. However it's only good M-F. on weekends you had to go to the restaurant from 8-2. Pool was nice but you were only allowed to book for 1 hr intervals....which was a pain but since it wasn't busy we managed to get to stay at it for 3 hrs on Sat...both things mentioned above were due to covid.

Check in was messed up and took over 45 mins, I upgraded with Booking.com for the room, however it wasn't upgraded with the hotel itself. Was corrected but again it took over 45 mins to get us in our room which after travelling for a while was a pain.

Visited on Sat. and Sunday so NO breakfast .. but the forewarning was appreciated .

Access by stairs was unpleasant ..... you maybe should warn folks that that could happen ...we were able to navigate well , but IF the luggage had been heavier, it would have been VERY unpleasant .

The staff went out of their way to make my two nephews feel comfortable. The pool was just what we needed during the two hot days. Complimentary breakfast was delicious.
