The staff, from the front office manager to the maintenance man Mr. Bobby and the housekeeping woman are the nicest and most genuine people. Very helpful in any way possible.

The only problem I have is the shower has little water pressure and the fixtures for the tub and shower need to be fixed or replaced but other than that, no complaints.

Cheap Bed was comfortable I guess Easy checkin...check OUT was more frustrating than it ever should have been!

Toilet was messed up (had to fiddle with it to flush). Wifi was out all night. 2 lights didnt work. We continued to find messes in our room throughout our stay, including stained towels. Told the desk guy about the messes as we left just so he would be aware, and he started yelling at me that I should've asked to switch rooms. (So it was MY fault I was tired and didnt feel it worth moving to another probably still messed up room?? Way to spin it, dude!) This is my first hotel stay in a while that's got me concerned about what I might be bringing home with me...

Location to 85

Gun shots at night, cigarette burns in bedding in a no smoking room. Human public hair on shower wall, black stains on towels, couch had rips and tears on arms, two of the three lights didn't work. Staff took a long time to check me in.

The locatiojn was ideal, close to the Expressway.

The hotel staff was not there upon check in. waited close to fifteen minutes. The room was dated, and I did not appreciate the loud crowd outside the room.

Good location. Poor access and road maintenance.

Location very run down. Poor Parking. Did not get reserved room. Room was not clean. Linen and towels stained and very worn. Ac did not cool room. Hairdryer did not work and had dried fluids on side. Fridge cooled but would not maintain ice. Shower required cleaning before use and while nicely hot no water pressure from hot water side. Bed lumpy. Remote did not work with TV. No working phone. Drugs use prevalent on grounds. No Coffee, breakfast and snack Machine empty.
