Room was clean. Bed very comfortable. Fitness facility was outstanding.

I reserved a courtyard view room but the room I received was in a separate building overlooking a parking lot

in ten years of coming to Beverly Hills and trying out all the hotels in the vicinity, this hotel stood out by a mile. The staff were so attentive, kind , helpful and polite. the hotel itself is intimate and beautiful with relaxing colours and thoughtful comfortable spaces. The bar and restaurant was exceptional, cocktails delicious and s big shout out for the fabulous Rob & Dave fir their incredible service.

It was perfect

The idea of a boutique hotel in a beautiful location combines the best of a VRBO and a full service hotel. The first impression is the staff as the most important impression to all businesses. The parking guys are the warmest, efficient, and helpful even paying 49.00 to park I insisted they be tipped as appreciation but tipping has disappeared from the travelers both the rich and poor. When they are the first impression I can only hope they are paid from the fees not in tips that are rare. I promise to visit when I am in Beverly Hills and look forward to seeing the greatest memory of the valet service who made me feel at home in the USA.

The checkout time was 2:00pm but the internet was shut off at noon.

Pool / outside restaurant was nice. Historic property. Nice staff. Close to Beverly Hills, walking distance about 15 minutes

They put me in a side building which was like a motel 6, overlooking the garbage cans. Loud air conditioning and fridge.

boutique feel…quiet, very professional staff. It was great! food was wonderful.

The day that we were there, the bartender was not there, so the only selection we had was margaritas or mimosas for drinks.

The service was excellent. Very nice pool. The room is big

The door of the bathroom doesn't lock. The water on the bath doesn't run away properly

Charged me twice for the room. Didn't correct it, I had to go back and fix it in person.

Safe location, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were clean and I love the fresh complimentary water service daily.

When looking at the property photos I didn’t realize the hallways were exterior. The noise was not bad though and the hotel/location was safe.

Staff was very attentive. Jasmine at front desk did an EXCELLENT JOB! VERY helpful and knowledgeable.

The system at front desk double charged me my room stay. Also system charges extra for Security deposit with no knowledge.
