Great location and a luxury feel to the hotel. We took advantage of the free concierge driver service which is complentary for journeys up to 3 miles from the hotel. The rooms were very spacious and there was a nice view from our room

The swimming pool is barely anything above a paddling pool and in an awkward part of the hotel, not near a bar. We understood breakfast could be purchased for $18pp but instead it was just an a la carte menu (albeit very nice food)

Great location, super friendly and helpful staff, spacious and clean room with good sheets and fridge, restaurant and coffee bar downstairs. They greeted us with champagne (juice for me) and a small snack. Valet service was extremely helpful; they even drove us to within a stone’s throw from Dodger stadium.

Hard to find hotel on hill above a mess of tunnels and ramps, so navigating on foot from offsite parking is tricky. We wished we just used valet parking. I booked a view room and either didn’t get it, or it wasn’t worth the extra money.

Parking is very expensive 60 dollars 40dollars added to my account for service not used

Location

We wanted to visit the art museums. Moca and the Broad were less than 500m away. The Angels Flight is also 250m away and is a nice shortcut to the next block beneath the hill. The complimentary shuttle service is excellent. Robin drops you and picks you up again towards to hotel. Although we were not sure about staying downtown the Omni hotel has proven otherwise. The room was very spacious, comfortable, clean. Had a nice view. The breakfast choices were excellent. We loved the avocado egg toasts. The service that we have received in the breakfast hall was excellent. The dinner options and chilling places outside the restaurant are also very attractive and well served. The valet service was excellent. When asked we have received complimentary water for our travels. We have visited the reception several times for different queries and every time we have been welcomed and supported with a genuine smile and utmost help.

Nothing that I can think of this time.

Location of this hotel, within walking distance of DTLA attractions like the Grand Central Market, bookstores, restaurants, Disney Theater and Art Museums like the Broad is excellent. The hotel is smaller than similar in the area so it's easy to navigate, and in a quiet (and safe-feeling) area. Parking was easy with in/out privleges. Room (2 queens) size is decent for a family of four and the view from the 16th floor towards Torrance was great. The staff was really nice.

The bed was a little soft for my tastes and the HVAC was on/off the whole night. Nit-picky issues and not a deal breaker.

The location was perfect- walking distance to so many great things. The Broad and Grand Central Market are very close by- highly recommend! Also the Omni staff were all very kind and helpful. They accommodated our request for an early check in. Thanks Omni! Will definitely be back.

Some small details…the bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked. Also one robe was missing from our room.

As soon as we got to the hotel, the service was outstanding.Valet was helpfull and fast, check was a breeze. Stayed in room 1605.The room was clean with an outstanding view. Bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows. Room was very quiet. Location is perfect, within walking distance to may museums and restaurants. The employees here go above and beyond. Thank you

The only part I didn't like was that I had called food and beverageto get some plates brought up to my room but they never arrived. Not a big deal though

Simply Beautiful! The complimentary car service from the hotel was perfect to get around. The staff was exemplary. I enjoy staying at the Omni every time I go to LA. Some might not know this but upon arriving there is a $150 fee per night on top of your total accommodations for incidentals. However, that is returned to you when you check out.

Value parking is too expensive. Your better off finding $10-15 parking.

Carpet in the lobby seems outdated. Most luggage has wheels and it was annoying to pull the wheels on the carpet. However the porter helped me to the counter. Onsite parking was really expensive. I did not looking to price before booking, so that was my mistake. I stayed about 4 years ago and the cost has gone up considerably. On the plus side all the porters were very courteous, prompt and the service was great. Close to the market, Angel's flight and the art museums are within walking distance.

Great location in that it’s close to Dodger stadium. East Uber ride or can take tram from union station. Brunch was very good.

I has an issue with smell of marijuana in the halls and tracking into my room. Reported issue that morning but by later that night it reoccurred. I was offered a new room but it was 11pm the night before we checked out. In exchange they waived one day of destination fee. I will reconsider if this remains my go to place when traveling to downtown LA.
