We stay here all the time. We prefer a family owned business as opposed to a corporate facility. Small motel very close to Knotts and stores. This is not a fancy motel with breakfast or coffee. This is however extremely quiet and the room is super clean and beds/pillows are very comfortable. We ran into a problem as the I15 was shut down for many hours and for a very nominal fee, we were allowed to stay until about 7pm. Extremely accommodating!! We love that the maids are not banging on our door early in the morning. Thats huge for us. We love the family too. Very very nice. We've stayed 4 times as we come for Knotts Scary Farm.

Nothing. We never eat the breakfasts or coffee anyway so thats not an issue for us.

What is important to us is a comfortable bed, quiet location and you can pay a nominal fee for a late check out. The late check out is important to me because I normally do not feel well in the mornings. In room coffee is not available but who really likes that anyway? The TV was upgraded and very nice. Best of all is the family that owns and runs this little motel. The owner is one of the kindest men and he is so accommodating. He and the family are just the best. This is our go to spot when we come down for Knott's Scary Farm and Disney during Christmas time.

Don't expect a 5 star hotel/motel- this is a clean, affordable family owned motel. There wasn't anything we didn't like.

EVERYTHING! Best "motel" accommodations. We had to change our reservation and they accommodated us with no hassle. The bed was very comfortable, pillows were good and not old and lumpy. Bedding very clean, room was updated including the bathroom. Nice window for ventilation in bathroom. No in room coffee but we never use that anyway. Fridge, microwave clean and updated. Can't say enough awesome things about this motel.

it had a lot of parking spots.

it looked like the bathroom had black mold everywhere. and the only pillows in the room were in the fancy pillow cases, we didn’t like that very much. other than the mold and the pillows it was pleasant.

it was an exeptional stay right near where i needed to be for work. the staff was very nice and helpful. the room fee was only $50 cash that i got back even tho it said $100 online.

I'll always take a coupon if I could. but the stay was better than expected.

Staff , room and bathroom space was good and comfortable

Bath shower was bit uncomfortable, water didn't come properly, n bath tub is bit slippery

some of the other guests were up all night smoking outside and yelling at a guest next door to us. this was on 5/17 in the middle of the night
