Large, well-lit room with large comfortable bed and soft, comfortable pillows. Nice seating area with big screen TV was nice for gathering with friends (but the light bulb was out in the area and was never replaced after I requested a replacement). Good selection of channels on cable TV. Staff was always friendly and helpful.

The absence of towel racks in the bathroom was very inconvenient. The bathroom floor was very sticky; it needed to be rinsed. The cleaning staff should have spent more time working and less time fraternizing in the halls. Room was cooled to 66 degrees when I arrived which was too cool and a waste of electricity.

it took 50 minutes to check in. I had all necessary ID and proofs of confirmation. staff chose to doubt the clear email and made us wait, finally putting us in a more expensive room without telling us and just sliding the receipt under the door in the morning. the morning clerk was reassuring about the charge being only pending;; but made no apology for the delay nor the sticker shock.

Close to freeway

Staff not the best. Waited over 29 minutes for someone to come to front desk. Pressed buzzer line like stated and used staff line to call with no answer. Staff not really friendly. One male housekeeper/maintenance guy was actually good. Friendly, the rest not at all.

Excellent location, very complete breakfast bar, fresh cookies at checkin, complimentary coffee in the lobby, beautiful decor, very clean and well kept.

Did not inform us at check in that maid service was available only by request due to COVID. We did not discover this until after we returned to our room late in the afternoon and then it was too late to request service for that day.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was the best on our trip. And, the Comfort Inn mattresses and pillows are the best! Needless to say everything was good and clean.

Can't think of a thing.

The breakfast was good. A little light on protein. The staff worked hard to keep up, but was a bit overwhelmed when we ate there.

The facility was understaffed. The TV would not work -- seemed to be non working remote or the programming connection was messed up. We called the desk for help. The desk man said he would try to come to the room, but never did. I finally went to the desk to ask for fresh batteries for the remote, but it was not staffed. It was late, we were tired, so we went to sleep with out news/ access to TV.

We liked our room. We were upgraded by Joe after getting a dirty room.

Our initial room had candy wrappers on the floor, a wet and moldy refrigerator and orange colored sauce in the microwave. We were immediately upgraded to a very nice room.

Breakfast was adequate; but, only went until 9:00. Very comfortable. Good location. Pillows and bedding were wonderful.

Housekeeping was weak. A few things left undone, knowing on the door early, even though there was a do not disturb sign out. Taking a smoke break out front en masse while we were leaving. No towel bars or hooks in the bathrooms.

I love when I can see the signs of where we were going to stay off the Highway! And it being so close to the Highway as well!

We enjoyed our stay. We found everything very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay at this motel again.
