The hot breakfast was a nice touch with the 2 waffle makers, bacon and sausage. The room was large enough and comfortable except for the noisy AC unit which we got to swap rooms after the second night for a quieter one. The pool and hot tub were also nice and open til 11pm!

Noisy AC first 2 nights. Never stopped running. Room 113. Hot breakfast had eggs but they were “premade” from ?? Pool chlorine was so strong it prevented us from swimming. Just wiping my eyes caused them to burn. Other guests had the same experience. The front desk didn’t seem to know or be able to help but this was over the July 4th holiday.

Comfortable rooms. Freezer on fridge. Option to purchase a variety of microwave food on site. On the go coffee available. Good room size.

Could use more available outlets (Power strip attached to desk?).I will have to remember to bring outlet strip for charging phone and computer. Breakfast could be available a little earlier, even if only the make yourself 'grab & go(toast, bagel).

Location, it felt cozy like as if I was at home

I don't like the fact that I am on the "DONT RENT LIST" Which I find so unfair I never caused any problems and always paid on time and kept my rooms clean they said because I had to much quests I didn't think we were limited to how many quests we were aloud to have .I notified the front desk ahead of time about their would possibly be a lot of quests because we had just had a family death and our family and friends would be stopping by .I did know a few of the other quests staying their as well how ever they left their rooms when checking out or if they caused problems has nothing to do with me.

The hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was kind and friendly and took great care of us. The location was nice for our plans and close to family we were visiting. The breakfast was always good with many options, and it was quiet and restful at night.

Only 2 things bothered us, and had nothing to do with staff 1) The indoor pool was closed and had been since March. There was no mention on their site of this and I had even called to clarify if there was a hot tub also and again no mention of it being closed. I had specifically promised our grandkids traveling with us there would be a pool, so real disappointment. 2) Why are some hotels going to tiny square bed pillows?? Not a fan, and will be asking in the future before I book a room.

Melinda made my first night absolutely perfect. I was staying after an unsafe domestic situation and she made me feel so safe and made sure I was.

The only thing that I was annoyed by was that my room’s shower temperature was quite inconsistent. The handle was a bit of the problem but it may have been distribution competition from another room

Free rides to from airport. Great eggs bacon and gravy and fruit and waffles to eat. Extended pool hours. Very quiet. MOST OF ALL our room was the cleanest I have ever had a hotel room be and we travel a lot! Thank you to your cleaning staff! Also I really appreciated fresh lemon water all day and night in the lobby!

The bed was comfortable. It was clean.

Noise from busy Powers Boulevard was annoying. Cost for dog was ridiculous, $25 a day! The desk clerk did not hear me say “We have small dog.” So we received a rude call later saying we didn’t tell them we have a dog. My wife was very upset!

Great location not far from everything. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. Always cleaned the room.

Only negative was the ac unit didn’t seem to function at max capacity. Got a little hot in our room at times.

The breakfast was one of the best out there. It was changed up every day.

That security deposit was required and has taken a long time in being removed. Took 2 days to get a broken toaster replaced.

A big selection of breakfast foods, my room was well worth what I paid very big and comfy felt like it was home very clean .House keeping was always on top of all areas in keeping clean and sanitized

Breakfast ended at 10am I think 11 am would be better time to end
