Convenient location. Nice clean rooms.

Placed next to a bunch of teenagers. We have a 4 year old and a baby and the teenagers next door were very loud. Also (not your fault) the kids in the pool were pretty much unsupervised. The parents were there but not watching them. Several of them were rude and mean. That kinda sucked for us to be able to relax. They scared our son so he didn't want to go back in the pool

Central location to beach, waterfront and lighthouse. Restaurants and shopping districts also nearby. Good selection of breakfast- bagels, waffles, eggs and sausage, cereals, yogurt, muffins and pastries. Room was spacious and comfortable bed. Clean bedsheets and towels, good supply of toiletries. AC working well and cool. Check in and check out smooth. Staffs courteous.

Be prepared. I paid cash, but my credit card was also authorized for the full amount. No receipt for my cash until I checked out, even though I ask numerous times. Waiting now for the 'authorization' to go away. Seems like an odd way of doing business.

Glad we were on 1st floor as we are elderly. Staff nice. Clean room.

Could hear people upstairs from us stomping their feet. And the toilet had to be made for kids! It was the shortest in height and smallest toilet seat in history. Like it was made for a travel trailer. I had to choose the door and prep myself on the door handle to get up! Hard for people with disability.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff (although it seemed one lady was doing it all). Booking another stay for February (I am booking for my nephew and his wife to come visit my mom, who has dementia, so they are the ones who stayed). Convenient location close to shopping and other attractions. Will recommend to others for sure

Price is a bit high, and would like an earlier check in time since they are driving from across the state to be here

I rented several rooms for my whole family. The staff that was there in the evening was great.

Morning staff was very rude to myself and several members of my family. they stopped serving breakfast 20 mins early and said they were out of food, so members of my family were not able to eat. they also gave my grand children a hard time with allowing them in the pool area in the morning. Am staff was not kind at all!

Amazing staff. One of the cleanest hotels ive stayed at. Had the jaccuzzi room and i always clean it ahead of time.. felt no need to.. The room was spacious.. had a small small issue with the first rooms jaccuzzi and the wonderful front staff BROUGHT us a new room key right to door. pool was perf temp and one of cleanest. Was able to grt a late check out. Great location.. loved the patio door.. sure itf be even better in summer. i am very impressed with the cleanliness and all around perfecrness from this hotel. WILL BE STAYING AGAIN! one of the nicest stays and we stay allll over michgan. very impressed!!!!!!

I love that the location was right in Grand Haven. We had an issue with a mess of melted ice cream in our freezer and once I notified them they promptly took care of it and swapped out the fridge with a nice clean one.

In the informational binder for the room (located in the room)it says a full complimentary hot breakfast and it was far from that. Just some prepackaged subpar muffins, bagels with no cream cheese, and a few bananas. Disappointing

The whirlpool was AWESOME!!!!! The breakfast bar was great also. Even though housekeeping services were understandably limited, we asked for fresh towels the night before and we actually got them the next day without having to remind anyone. That doesn't always happen at other places we've stayed.

I wasn't too wild about having to drive to get to the indoor pool and whirlpool. Other than that, I can't really complain.

The room was clean and comfortable. The pool and spa was clean and well managed. Not a lot of people so we had privacy.

The ice machine needs to have the temp turned up as the ice is half melted when dispensed. The vending machine was out of order. The air in the room needs checking for freon as we had to turn it way down to get it cool.
