For the past 20 years when we come to town to visit family we have chosen this hotel to stay at. It has always been clean and well maintained and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

The parking lot could use lights at the north and south ends of the main building. Especially at the north end it has a very creepy vibe. I did mention this to the front desk manager when we checked in and were designated a room off the main hotel at the north end. She was very nice and arranged to move us to a room in the main building, which I very much appreciated.

There was enough towels for the hot tub and the shower. The hot tub next to the bed.

The hair dryer wasn't working, the room was cold when we got in and had to wait almost an hour to warm up. The headboard had something smeared and it, and the TV selection is bad. They should leave the smart feature on the TV so you can connect to your accounts or cast from your phone.

Location is great, the included breakfast is nice as well.

The a/c units in the room could use an upgrade. Not only are they really loud, it did not take the humidity out of the room for quite some time. The room was damp feeling and warm when we checked in- but it took almost a full day to reduce the room temp and humidity.

The hotel was very clean including the pool area. The shower was awesome.

When we checked in at 4:00 there was no one at the front desk. A couple came in after us and we waited and waited. The woman finally called the hotel to tell them they had guests waiting to check in. The toilet in the bathroom flushed SO loudly.

Clean… workers very polite

Breakfast … I guess I changes daily and Sunday mornings unless you enjoy carbs your only option is cold boiled eggs 🙁. It’s likely because Saturday brings the largest crowd and serving scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage aren’t practical. We had to find a restaurant for breakfast and thankfully it was fantastic 10 stars for Two Yolks cafe

Placed next to a bunch of teenagers. We have a 4 year old and a baby and the teenagers next door were very loud. Also (not your fault) the kids in the pool were pretty much unsupervised. The parents were there but not watching them. Several of them were rude and mean. That kinda sucked for us to be able to relax. They scared our son so he didn't want to go back in the pool

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was okay, not fantastic, but good.

The sign for maid service was not noticed until the second day. I didn't know we had to request it. It would be nice if this were told to guests while checking in.

Central location to beach, waterfront and lighthouse. Restaurants and shopping districts also nearby. Good selection of breakfast- bagels, waffles, eggs and sausage, cereals, yogurt, muffins and pastries. Room was spacious and comfortable bed. Clean bedsheets and towels, good supply of toiletries. AC working well and cool. Check in and check out smooth. Staffs courteous.

Glad we were on 1st floor as we are elderly. Staff nice. Clean room.

Could hear people upstairs from us stomping their feet. And the toilet had to be made for kids! It was the shortest in height and smallest toilet seat in history. Like it was made for a travel trailer. I had to choose the door and prep myself on the door handle to get up! Hard for people with disability.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff (although it seemed one lady was doing it all). Booking another stay for February (I am booking for my nephew and his wife to come visit my mom, who has dementia, so they are the ones who stayed). Convenient location close to shopping and other attractions. Will recommend to others for sure

Price is a bit high, and would like an earlier check in time since they are driving from across the state to be here
