We loved our affordable spacious room with the big whirlpool tub. We also chose this hotel because of the indoor pool and jacuzzi which we really enjoyed. Our room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The cold bar breakfast options were plentiful and yummy! Those packaged waffles were SO good!!

The hot breakfast on our first morning was not good. They didn’t turn over the food enough so most of it was stale and luke warm and the options weren’t enticing to us (mini quiches and bland potatoes). But the second morning was great with fresh food and preferred options (cheese omelettes, seasoned potatoes, and biscuits and gravy).

The location was totally convenient by stores and restaurants! The staff was great! Very friendly and helpful! The room was more amazing than I could have imagined! The Kingsize bed was sooo comfortable! The whirlpool tub worked great!! Even the breakfast tasted great! The coffee was great! They even had a popcorn machine and little bags for it and butter and other toppings to put on it. The hot tub felt great!! It was our honeymoon!! It was the best experience of my life!

There was honestly nothing I would have changed! And we are planning on going back as soon as I can.

Excellent location; near restaurants, shops and main thoroughfares. Front desk staff extremely friendly and helpful. Calm and quiet during our stay.

Hotel is in need of refurbishing; paint pealing on building, only access was through main lobby because other access doors not working, flooring on main level was removed and awaiting replacement, and carpeting in halls very worn and dirty looking.

Good location for all that we wanted to see and do in the area and plenty of places to eat nearby. Always had a nice quiet nights sleep, and nice to have some breakfast options every morning. The staff was always friendly and helpful.

Very friendly front desk staff. Room was clean. Breakfast variety good, although it was difficult for staff to keep up with food, drink, and clutter clean up.

With many guests taking advantage of nearby beaches, it is difficult to keep carpets clean and and free of sand. Room lighting limited.

Rooms were very quiet. Breakfast was good. Staff very nice and helpful. Size of the room was great. Shower was nice and hot with great water pressure. Parking was excellent.

Ice machine was empty. No pop in the vending machines. After 2 years there was no carpet on the floor in the lobby. Floor looked a little shabby but otherwise ok.

BW’s beds are constantly comfortable and the showers run hot! The coffee’s good and breakfast is definitely continental. The staff was knowledgeable about different sights to see and of course, there was plenty of free parking. All in all, Best Western was a nice place to lay your head down after a long day at beach and seeing the sights of Holland and Saugatuck, Michigan.

This Best Western was in the mist of a remodel; the carpets were being replaced and the lobby was non existent. The hot tub was constantly filled with children. I wish there was an evening cut off time so adults could enjoy the pool and jacuzzi.

Good variety of food and drinks during breakfast Patio area off the pool area was a great plus.

More coffee needs to be available during peak breakfast time. Lobby needs to be updated.

Just off the beaten path, but close enough to travel to all the attractions/ beaches. Our initial room had a minor fixable problem, they immediately put us in a new room. The patio/pool/hot tub area is really nice. There are some hammocks & area to sit outside the indoor pool if I want to eat out there or get some sun. The staff was very friendly! Breakfast had adapted to some hot choices, but a lot of grab & go. Nice options. Water,coffee, & tea out all the time for your consumption. Bottled water in refrigerators. So nice to have. We would definitely return!

A little musty in hallway & room. They are doing some remodeling. A simple air freshener did the trick!

The towels were nice, water pressure was good. We didn't have any noise from the hallways, other rooms, or other guests. The bed was comfortable, room temperature was easy to adjust to our comfort.

Is the facility currently being remodeled? At first, the appearance is off-putting as there were torn up floors, etc. at the entrance and down the hall. Our room and the hallway were okay, but is obviously a bit older and in need of updating. However, we were here due to an emergency situation (bad storms in the area and had to leave our home because we had been without power for several days), so we were happy to have a room with hot water, clean shower, and a toilet that flushed. Thankfully, we also had a coffee maker, mini fridge, and microwave.
