The room was cozy. Everything was clean Liked the location. It was quiet at night Staff was friendly. Enjoyed the warm cookies and the coffee.

Joural was the best. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived and he made sure we were comfortable until it was ready. And he even brought us extra towels. We were very happy that our room was right across from the pool and close to a door to load and unload the car. Loved having a fridge and microwave. We just went to the grocery and got frozen dinners and saved a ton of money. Also had leftovers for lunch 1 day. It was hot and we went to the movies, which was so close we could have walked. Close to plenty of places to eat and only 10 minutes from the Holland State Park. Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of pillows too.

Some things were not up to the standard of a hotel at this price. The kitchen sink didn't drain. We even ran the disposal and it didn't make a difference. The switch for the disposal was so hard to reach. The tiles in the bathroom, along the floor, were either missing or broken. The trash can was so small that we couldn't fit all our garbage. I know they are short staffed but they should at least check the garbage since you have a small kitchen. Sleeper sofa not comfortable. And weird to have bathroom in bedroom so anyone in living room has to come in bedroom to use toilet.

Liked the suite style room with separate bedroom. Liked the fact that we were right above breakfast area and couldn’t hear any noise. Room was clean, bed was so comfortable. Staff was very friendly.

Because of Tulip festival the price per night was a little more than what I would ever spend normally. Not a fan of the egg omelets they had in breakfast buffet. Other than that, everything else was great.

Pet friendly, large room, great shower pressure and temp, comfortable bed. Always a bonus having kitchen amenities. Decent breakfast spread. Plus it was only a 8-10min drive to downtown area/tulip festival activities.

Not sure they checked every nook and cranny, found random beer cans in bathroom. Wish they had shelving in the shower for personal items.

Our room was very spacious and the bathroom was spectacular. Everything was very clean and the tv was big. Overall very pleased with our room.

The breakfast was the only negative of our stay. The breakfast was not ready at 7:30am when it was supposed to be and the quality of the eggs were poor. Was also not spaced out very much and really busy at the time.

The room was very nice. I didn't know when I booked that it would have a kitchenette, which was a nice surprise. The breakfast was pretty good for a semi-hot buffet. I liked that you offered cut up fruit and yogurt along with the typical items, the muffins and sausages were delicious, and that coffee was available early. We also liked that there was so much space in the lobby to hang out with family members day and night(we were in town for a wedding). I liked the size of our King room, and appreciated the counter space of the vanity.

The breakfast was pretty good, although when the cut up fruit and bananas ran out, they didn't refill them, even though breakfast wasn't over. The apples were tiny and not crisp. I didn't like the pillows. A couple were okay, but a couple were not fluffy at all. I also would have liked at least one luggage rack.

When I booked on booking I told the lady at the front desk about that reservation & she booked another room. So needless to say I wasn't happy. I told her several times to make sure to get the right reservation. The stay was great.

From the moment my fiance & I walked in we were greeted with an amazing staff! So the STAFF helped us to decide it was going to be a great stay. The king size bed was like being on a fluffy cloud, so comfortable!!

There wasn't extra trash bags in the room, but we managed.

The hotel was clean and bright. The room was spacious with a fully functioning kitchen, a burner, fridge, sink, toaster, microwave, silverware, pots and dishes. The indoor pool was perfect temperature and the hot tub was great. We enjoyed a good hot breakfast each morning. We would definitely go back.
