This is our favorite Holiday Inn Express and it was our third time staying at this one. We really like the structural uniqueness of the building, the pool/hot tub/game area is awesome, the breakfast and lobby area is pretty and comfortable.

The juice machine was out of order. I don’t don’t know how long it hadn’t been working but at least while we were there. The staff should have purchased individual bottles for guests to have or larger bottles/jugs for guests to poor from.

It's the first time we booked this hotel and we are very pleased about it. First, the bedroom is really clean and quiet. It could be because stayed in the middle of the week for my daughter's birthday. The girls enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The pool water temperature was great and they enjoyed their swimming time. Breakfast was great, plenty of choices, we stayed for 2 nights so we get to try a pretty good selection of what they offered. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathroom are actually full sizes so there's enough for everyone to use 😃 bed was very comfortable. We are definitely going to book this place again.

Not much really, the only thing is the vending machine. It just happened we didn't get to stop at the grocery because it was quite late when we checked in . We got thirsty in the middle of the night but all the vending machine for drinks only takes cash which I don't usually carry and other than that, it takes bills but only $1 bill.

Breakfast was adequate, the hot foods, eggs, sausage and potatoes would have been much better if they were at least warm. Plent of offerings with good coffee and usual continental breakfast fare. IT is unfortunate to see people taking plenty of "to go" bars and pop tarts and other items that were clearly meant for the dining room.

THE hot food could have been hot, it would have tasted a lot better, more hot options would be nice too.

parents were leaving children in swim areas and going to there rooms children were causing many issues jumping over people in jacuzzi kicking people as they walked by young kids maybe 4-5 yrs old 7-8 yrs old made the pool and jacuzzi very in relaxing people were getting out and waiting for adult time at 10:30 which seems kinda late we were first told 10 but found out later it was 10:30 and parents still had kids running in and out and setting around with them while they were all drinking beer and mixed drinks in pool area when clearly stated no drinking they were being very loud and many guests left because of it us included

The hotel and room was very clean. The lobby connects to the pool area so it was a fun place to gather in the evening. Our family also really enjoyed the arcade area, we played ping pong and a round of family pool. The staff was super friendly, breakfast was great and the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job. Our family would recommend this property to anyone traveling to Holland.

Breakfast was ok except the hot items were luke warm at best, have stayed at other Holliday Inn Expresses that had better breakfasts. this would not stop us from staying there in the future. We have traveled a lot and this would not prevent us from staying there again. It was one of the best Hotel stays we have ever had.

The rooms were very spacious & clean. The breakfast in the morning was good. Plenty of choices. Hot tub was great. It was nice to be able to sit outside.

The only snag was at check-in was the request sent to the hotel was for 1 room & 2 guests & my reservation was for 2 rooms & 4 guests. The manager was able to correct the mistake. It was rectified very quickly.

The pool area was great, breakfast was great and the dining area was wonderful as well for meals that we ate there as a family.

All of our kids seemed to have a reaction to the chlorine in the pool. Some of them couldn't swim without coughing uncontrollably. This was such a bummer because the kids loved the pool area so much! Maybe just something to look into.

The hotel is lovely. We stayed there because our granddaughter was graduating from high school and loves the pool. I love the hot tub.

The hot tub was closed for "cleaning" the entire week we were there. It was supposed to reopen on May 23. That never happened. To their credit, the Hampton next door offered Holiday Inn guests use of their pool/hot tub, but it was 50 degrees and a walk across the double parking lot. I was very disappointed 😞

The fact that hotel was designed to be like Holland. Close to grocery store. Excellent map given out at front desk showing us everything we needed to know. Front desk staff very helpful. Was ablt to get our room early. Very clean. Comfy beds. Good value for June.
