Large, clean rooms. Short walk to the beach and boardwalk.

Outdated TV with limited channels. Booked an ocean view room, the windows looked straight out to the other tower and to the city. You could only see a small glimpse of the ocean. Long waits for elevators. Maps to get around are confusing. Charged several different fees beyond the booking.com fee.

The room was clean and comfortable. Kids loved the view from the room and the lobby area alot.

The location overall felt dark, carpet looked old, alot of crackheads near the surrounding areas (on our walk to the beach).

Loved the easy access to the casino and parking areas! Also the boardwalk was right outside with direct access to the beach!

Didn’t like getting overcharged for parking. There were fees for almost everything you did from leaving the parking garage to the overpriced charges on almost everything you did there. And a key note, when booking the listing on booking.com had that they offered free breakfast and laundry on site however when asking the staff there was no free breakfast and no laundry… I was told we could use the laundromat down the street by a random staff not at the front desk. The check in staff was phenomenal and able to get my family’s rooms close together in the same building.

I liked that my room was spacious and clean. A nice view of the beach. The thermostat worked well warming and cooling the room. Spacious shower with a seat. It was only one night, but enjoyed my stay.

The carpet, though it looked freshly vacuumed, had a very musty feet smell. The sofa had a gassy smell when i sat on it so i tried to avoid it. Also, it was awkward to sit on because it was soo close to the bed in front of the window. The sofa should have been placed at the other end of the window. The bathroom was lovely. But, the sliding door was wobbly because it didn't have a track at the bottom. This made the inside handle hard to grasp to pull the door closed.

Everything was under 1 roof no need to venture out. If you wanted anything you can find it there.

Have to be honest but the casino restrooms were disgustingly dirty. Toilet paper in stalls everywhere. Just very dirty and gross. The room (6509)we had was very nice though, 1 thing about it though I think the bathroom light switch needs looked at and probably needs replaced. It was very touchy and lights would flicker or completely shut off without turning switch off. One other issue was all elevators not working day of checkout and rumors no stairway could be used. I find that hard to believe due to fire exit or risk thereof.

We stayed in the Chelsea Tower with our toddler and it was far removed from the noise and congestion of the casino itself. The indoor pool was decently close, as well. The room had a beautiful view of the ocean and was very clean. The Marketplace has plenty of options for food. It was 20 degrees out while we were there and we really didn't have to venture out. Almost everything we needed was in the Tropicana.

There was a 12 minute walk from our room back to the parking garage. The self-check in kiosk was a bit confusing and it was quicker to head down to the front desk to check in.
