The hotel is new so everything is brand new. Extremely clean, very fast internet, great location close to the subway and very helpful staff members. They also provide shuttle service to La Guardia.

There wasn't a lot of complimentary items in the room. It was also difficult to arrange a late check out and was only done through a wonderful reception attendant who really saved the day.

This hotel is well located. It is near the subway and the LIRR. There are many places to eat in the area. The hotel is very quiet and the rooms are a nice size. You select your housekeeping option prior to arrival.

The hotel met my expectations. It would have been nice if they offered a robe but really it was fine. This is the perfect location if you want to do things that are not in Manhattan but the LIRR makes Manhattan a fairly quick trip.

I was extremely impressed with the level of service and amenities offered. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel had a great restaurant on site. The gym was small but had the basics. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Airport shuttle was provided and on time.

The hotel's location was not ideal. A bit of a sketchy area but I did not look around too much.

Breakfast had eggs, bacon etc. It was fresh. They refilled it as necessary keeping it fresh. You are seated at tables with with silverware cups etc. Help was friendly and polite. Everything was very clean.

Has nothing to do with hotel. It is new and a wonderful property. The neighborhood is a little stretchy. Our cab driver took us through a neighborhood where I would not take a walk. The driver really took a backway because the shuttle next morning drove 1 block and we were on a major avenue.

We were so amazed by this hotel! Stayed there 2 nights and absolutely loved it. Located just about a 10 minute walk to subway line that takes you from Queens right into Manhattan, we really felt it was a perfect location for us!! We loved the rooms too! Had a double room with such comfortable beds and modern decor. We also loved that there was a pool (well maintained) that we could go to after long days out in the NYC heatwave! The entire hotel was impeccably clean and everyone from the front desk staff, to the maintenance guys, to the restaurant staff (especially Bridgette!) were so kind and helpful. Speaking of breakfast - amazing food for reasonable price! We would love to stay at Four Points Flushing again whenever we pass through NYC in the future.

No fault of the hotel, but on our first night the people in the room next door were extremely loud all night and we didn't get much rest due to hearing their crying kids well into the wee hours of the morning... perhaps thin walls...?

We are New Yorkers but stayed here on a mini vacation. The room was super clean, the entire hotel looks and smells brand new. Love the room size not small, great size tv, it's very big!! We had a keurig machine which i love. The bathroom is big and modern. We Love love love love the Floor to Ceiling windows in the room. Even though our view wasn't spectacular that window made feel like i was looking at a beautiful scenery. The bed was comfortable, I have always loved their beds, the Four Points have one of the best beds. They even have a restaurant on site. You walk a few blocks and you can find more restaurants and Chinatown is on Main Street Flushing Queens. I recommend tourists visiting Chinatown to go to their "mall" and go downstairs to the food court, tons of places there to grab great food, from so many different Asian countries all in one place. At their supermarket they have everything you can think of from their culture. There is a bakery in front of the mall that has the best chinese pastries. I highly recommend this hotel, will definitely come again.

NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL....only wishes: I would have loved a mini fridge. A FREE breakfast is a something I would like too. And I wish the location was closer to Main Street area. But overall, I'm happy.

Throughout my stay the staff were so friendly, recommended great food spots and also set up our room for my boyfriend's birthday! I loved how clean, spacious, and sleek everything was in our room. Having an iron and ironing board in the room is always a plus and was used daily! I would 100% come back.

Honestly, there was nothing not to like. :)

it took 45 minutes to get the car from the vale. it was a terrible service due to short staff. All of us that waited were very frustrated. The vale as far as I know the vale service is an independent service, not under hotel management.

Clean spacious updated room. Very comfy bed!

For my room, I had one of those doors that connect to another room so I was able to hear their conversations, their tv, when they turned on their bathroom sink....my only complaint is that you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbor is doing if you have one of those connecting rooms. It wasn't terrible since it only lasted a few minutes but a bit unexpected. Other than that, it's a great room.

The room was super clean. The staff was very friendly. Janelle the bartender was amazing!

The hotel is in a bit of a weird location. Not much around it but more of a industrial area.the hallways were a bit noisey as well. However for my purpose, to sleep and be close to the airport for my early flight, it was great. Only about 10mins from the airport.
