Comfort Suites Sumter

The staff and management was wonderful. Housekeepers kept the rooms nice and cleaned and refreshing. We will be back in May for another basketball tournament and we are staying here

Just wish the pool are was updated more

I really didn't like the breakfast. The eggs tasted water down.

The eggs could have been better and the shower had a little problem as well. When I went to lift up the part to turn the shower on the whole faucet part looked like it wanted to come out of the wall.

My room was nice and clean. I was hesitant about coming here because of the reviews, but I have no complaints. The lady at check in was very nice and helpful. I had trouble finding the right wifi to log into, and she helped me with no issues. Even the lady who checked me out was sweet. I wish I knew their names. The shower felt amazing, the fridge was extremely cold, the TV was big and the bed was very comfortable. I would stay here again.

The staff was nice and sweet. They were very friendly and helpful.

I didn't like that they were short staffed, therefore I had to wait for about an hour for a clean room.

Brenda at the front desk was amazing! She provided excellent customer service and exhibited patience as I needed some additional help. Thank you Brenda!

the rooms was nice

the lady that cook breakfast there was a grown of Spanish men eating breakfast fixing ready to go to work and she turn the tv off that’s in the breakfast area. I was watching it I felt like she was rushing them to go

The room was very comfortable. Staff was outstanding. And our service person who cleaned our room was very nice.

bathtub not cleaned properly I ended up clean the bathroom when I got to my room the tub walls n tub it self was filmy n when I cleaned it the water ran clear off the walls after I did the cleaning

The staff and accommodation were very good. When in Sumter this is my hotel of choice.

The only concern that I had with room was there was no towel rack and drain stop for the sink in the bathroom.

The workers were great. They were very informative.

The TV remote was without batteries to control it. I had to go purchase them from the store.
