Sleep Inn Sumter

Check in/out was fast. Room was quiet, comfortable. Plenty of receptacles to plug in electronic device chargers. Refrigerator kept drinks cold and refroze blue ice pack for our travel cooler for next days travel.

No facial tissues in room. No breakfast food. Coffee bar not maintained: no cups, creamer, sugar, etc. Some check-in/out staff seemed preoccupied with what they were doing rather than service oriented mindset. Trip hazard: tile flooring under main covered building entrance was broken up.

The breakfast was very good and the room was clean and well supplied with toiletries.

The shower door was off the track, and a eresh roll of toilet should have been put on the roll.

The receptionist was extremely pleasant. The room was clean and updated, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

We don't have any complaints.

The AC didn’t work properly and it was a hassle to get extra linens. Not sure the name of person on duty but they needed to be more personable. No one likes a grouchy staff.

The staff was great anything you needed they made sure you got it

Very clean it was full and you didn’t have excessive noise

I liked the location and that the note was clean and nice staff was very friendly

I didn’t like In the room I stayed in the bathroom Looked unfinished and the toilet was unleveled and moved when you sat on it

Convenient to businesses and restaurants.

All vending machines were always out of order. Breakfast was not that good.

Although they are in the middle of a renovation, they placed me in one of the renovated rooms. Other than the shower dripping, everything was good.

They need new beds but not bad. Need some updating. We had no phone in room..ours was in a drawer broken. No clock radio. Otherwise it was good
