Hotel staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. The bed was comfortable enough. The bathroom was clean. Housekeeping took care of what we asked them to and left alone the bed like we asked them to.

The only problems I had were the elevator sounds, the smells, and the bathroom lights. The elevator sounded like it would stop working at any moment, possibly even break and fall. The elevator, the 4th floor hallway, and the room smelled musty and really gross. The room only smelled mildly musty (which we were able to get used to and not notice after a few minutes being in the room each time), while the hallway was overwhelming musty with a mix of other scents I couldn't identify or describe other than not good. The elevator was less musty smelling than the hallway but it was a different mix of musty scents then the hallway. The lights over the mirror in the bathroom in our room flickered and some of them went out, which more annoying than anything else.

We were in Dallas for spring break and decided to stay outside of the downtown area. This was one of the recommended places to stay. As a family traveling, we were very satisfied with their accommodation. The hotel staff were very nice and always greeted us in and out. The lady at the front desk was professional and was able to assist us with some of our questions around the city. The special offer price was definitely a value savings for us. We had a King Suite and the size was exactly as described online. The bed sheets were clean and the refrigerator kept our food and drinks cold. Overall, we had a great stay at Comfort Suites Plano and we recommend them.

Staff (front desk, cleaning, and breakfast) were all very friendly and helpful! Saw lots of smiles, which was nice. Bed was comfortable. Appreciated the extra space in the suite. Enjoyed the hot tub. Appreciated seeing a lift for those who need extra assistance getting into the pool.

Pool was smaller than expected from the photos, but we were grateful it was opened and temp was nice. Parking was a little crowded. Spaces were always available, though often further away from entrances.

Sadly, the breakfast was no longer what it had been in the past. The staff did a great job of providing a sack breakfast (kind of like a sack lunch). With water, croissant w/egg cheese & sausage - some days had yogurt and other had granola bars. It was good and satisfying.

Noise. Since the doors to rooms do not auto close - a lot of people slam doors - lots of kids running halls very loud talking. It felt as if people had no consideration of others. This is not the hotel's issue - I think people have grown to be very self-centered with no care of how their noise affects others.

Very cozy, clean, and reasonably priced location. Staff was super nice. I had my grandkids with me and they placed me in a room where their jumping around wouldn't affect others.

I picked this hotel because of the pool for my grandkids. It was shut down almost all of our stay. Disappointed of course.

Bed is so AWESOME ,spacious divided rooms for multiple purpose and very , quiet, 2 flat screens for multiple options and awesome movie selections and very functional Young short lady at the front desk is awesome

Breakfast server could be more friendly unfortunately constantly snapped at hotel guests daily for pointless miniscule reasons non other making the breakfast experience feel like institutional cafeteria for the punished who enter at their own risk on a daily basis Supposed to be hot breakfast but is not No eggs no meat Only waffles and toast and cereal They're afraid to keep you supplied with Enough toilet paper so we bought our own

One of the cleanest hotel we've ever stayed in. Few of the light bulbs were not working in our bathroom, after letting the front desk know, they promptly fixed it within 30 minutes. Only one regrets due to COVID breakfast buffet was not available, did use the grab and go packed breakfast couple of times. Small taco stand inside the gas station beside the hotel does have good tacos. Beds were super comfy though a bit too high, felt like I needed a ladder to climb on it LoL 🤣🤣

Some guests were not wearing mask as per COVID protocol and hotel administration's suggestions in the public areas like lobby and breakfast area. But any way it is Texas, where You cannot mandate anyone to were mask as per Governor's decree. So hotel authority cannot do anything in this case.

The bed was the most comfortalbe I have stayed in and that includes so 4star rated hotels.

They addvertized a hot breakfast what we got was a snck with a bottle of water and bun with sauage and cheese that needed to be heated. The people working the desk (a young man) was not trained. He repeated to me "you need a handicap room I say yes). When I went to take a shower it was a tub shower and no hot water. Called and they said that they were wating on a part but would try to get hot water to me. The next morning we had hot water. The young wrote the wifi code but I couldn't make it out so I went down to ask for it again he then rewrote the code very plainly. The bathroom had hair in the tub an sink and around the toilet, if we were not so tired we would of left and gone some where else.

Everything was good except when they cancelled my reservation

They cancelled my reservation before check in I was suppose to pay at property they tried processing the payment before they weren't successful so the cancelled I've never had this problem

Friendly staff and location Breakfast was always fresh Staff was friendly. Called ahead for a surprise room decor and they were cool and allowed my daughter to decorate before we got there for her dads birthday!

Everything was great!
