Quality Inn Mauston

The staff was amazing. Isaac, Jill, and Liz all were friendly and so kind. I really appreciated Jill allowing me to grab a bagel even though she had just closed for breakfast. My room was very clean except for the carpet. It really needs to be shampoo or replaced. My feet were so dirty after I walked on it. I, of course, then put my flip flops on and wore them the rest of the time.

The carpet in Room 101 was FILTHY! It definitely needs to be shampood. I would not walk around with my bare feet. 😒

I requested a room close to front desk/breakfast room because of mobility issues and the request was easily granted. Loved the location and got info about getting the same room or one in the same area for future visits.

This visit was near perfect. If I had any complaints it would be that the orange juice was coming out very watery but just needed to bring that to the attendant’s attention.

It isn’t a dislike, it’s just older & the rooms(air conditioner) had a musty smell. We travel a lot & have been fortunate to stay in newer places.

Beds were comfortable, room/property was quiet, breakfast was very good, pool/spa were in great shape, late checkout

Price seems very steep for Mauston area (though it is comparable to other nearby properties)

unfortunately the location was hit by heavy storms the night before our 4 day stay. cleanup was slow and certain areas caused some safety concerns but overall not a terrible stay

Breakfast area isn't big enough. We had to go down the road to Dennys because of nowhere to sit. Hotel was pretty full so this contributes to lack of seating.

I liked the fact that the hotel was across the street from Carr Valley Cheeses. It also is about 20 minutes away from my friends house!

The parking lot was a bit confusing. I had difficulty finding a spot when I arrived.

If possible could you include gluten free foods. Otherwise everything was goid.

Location was great. Lots of travelers and close to everything but very quiet. Hot tub / jacuzzi was great . Spacious pool area. Well stocked machines. Breakfast was very good. Lots of choices.
