The bed was cozy. The view was okay and the room I stayed in overall was clean and had all the amenities I wanted. I enjoyed the restaurant view outside on the deck along with our waitress who went above and beyond to give me and my friend a fantastic dining experience., oh and the food was so delicious and hot and made right. I also like that the Vue had free washer and dryer because most times hotels dont include that and I had clothes to wash so thanks Vue. The workers were polite and smiling. My friend and I enjoyed the free faculties like visiting Aloha beach and doing fun water activities there and the sauna room and hot tub were great perks at the Vue.

I didn't like the room rate being so high on saturday. There was a few stains on my top sheet and the bathtub plugger was difficult to keep in for the bath water.

The room and view were amazing! My friend and I also enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sauna.

The restaurant struggled pretty bad on Saturday morning. It didn't look very busy but it took over an hr for our food to come out after ordering. It didn't come out together, and it was not hot when it arrived. My friend was almost finished before I got my food (we ordered the same thing). While we didn't complain because we understand these things happen, it was not how we intended to start the day. We plan to try again as we understand that bad days do happen.

If you are looking for a quiet, beautiful, spacious hotel, room and restaurant, this is it. Best party is ability to access sister locations, included in the stay. We dined at the restaurant for breakfast on the deck each morning with the amazing view, walked to downtown, and enjoyed all the pools. Thank you!

Only thing that could improve this hotel is adding an outdoor pool and whirlpool outside overlooking the river.

I have stayed at the Vue about 4 years in a row. I noticed that the motel units do not get the most attention as the actual hotel rooms as far as cleanliness. This would be the first time I have noticed the room I stayed in was not clean compared to other times and upon entrance there was a smell to the room, which was not a big deal as it was aired out.

Love this property. The location is perfect. The pools are well maintained and clean. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable!

The balcony needs a good cleaning. Cob webs and a lot of bugs. They should get I. The habit of sweeping down the walls like once a month and would probably notice a huge difference!

Location was beautiful!

For being a beach/water Park town there was only 3 hooks for us to hang up towels or anything. Definitely need hooks in every room especially since there was no closet with hangers. The air was God awful. We stayed in a 3 queen room and the area that had the solo bed had no fans, vents or windows that could be opened (they were painted shut) it made sleeping miserable

The atmosphere of the hotel and the views of the river were breathtaking. We enjoyed our outdoor dining. The food and drinks were delicious at The Boat House Bar, and the view of the river was spectacular!!! Our room had a balcony and river view, it was absolutely amazing!!!! We were also very excited and appreciative that we were able to enjoy all the amenities that were included with our stay. We never had a dull moment during our stay.

Customer Service could’ve been friendlier upon checking in. Then when we got to our room we noticed that the water in the toilet was running, and it was a continuous issue during our stay. Also, the freezer had a lot of ice build up.

I traveled here with my family and we will be back for sure because we loved the location. It was super easy to walk to the downtown area. We also enjoyed the restaurant on property. One morning we planned on eating at Paul Bunyan's Cook Shanty but the line to get was out the door and there was nowhere to even park. We drove back to the hotel to eat at the restaurant there and were seated right away and the food was really good. We paid extra to have view rooms and the rooms were, in fact, stunning. We also got free Timbavati Wildlife tickets was super nice! It was nice to having else included in the cost to stay at hotel.

My biggest complaint was the lack of hot water. The bathrooms were also small and cramped. If you have a balcony, expect there to be lots of bugs. It is unusable at night because of the amount of misquotes and spiders that come out. In my opinion is not worth the extra cost of having a balcony since we were out most of the day when the balcony was actually usable. It was a fine hotel, nothing super wrong with it, but just over priced for what it was. Perhaps we are just paying for the location that was super convenient. Also, I got housekeeping that I did not request or want. Hotel claims that I had requested it, never did.

The food, the amenities and services provided from room service to even requesting extra items like blankets and toilet paper. Honestly one of the best experiences yet.

Unfortunately staff sometimes wasn't polite and were actually rude, especially room service. The pool, specifically the outdoor pool wasn't in the best per say since you could scratch yourself from anywhere like the bottom or the sides of the pool. And lastly, bedsheets weren't as clean as anticipated. As a matter of fact, they had really bad stains.

This is our 3rd visit. Beautiful boutique hotel with the best views of the river in the Wisconsin Dells! It is worth the little bit extra to get a river front room with the balcony. The rocks across the river are lit at night! The rooms are very clean and beautifully appointed! Love the Vue!

Parking could be a little more ample.
