The hotel staff are all wonderful, helpful and friendly. There's no mini bar or fridge in the rooms, however, they allowed me to store some things in the Club Lounge fridge as I have dietary requirements. The Club Lounge is great! Access is available all day for snacks (gluten free options available), still and sparkling water, juices, fruit, tea and coffee. A nice wine and cocktail selection.

Beds are very hard and pillows soft. This is a standard across France but for some reason these beds seemed more uncomfortable than usual and I needed an osteo appointment and massage during my 5 night stay.

Great locationin the center of Cannes, literally next to the main train station and a mere 5 min walk from Cannes' beach strip (Le Croissette). All the tours we booked mentioned that they were happy to pick us up at the hotel instead of the meeting point given its super central location. The breakfasst buffet is ok (pancakes, pastries, eggs, meat, fruit, etc.) and the staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean and modern, albeit very small, but that seems to be the norm in Cannes, overall a very nice room for a value hotel.

The air conditioning in the hotel was set to VERY LOW, you could barely feel it. Luckily it was end of May/beginning of June so temperatures were not too high (high 20s ) but I think it might be quite hot in the summer months. We flagged this to the staff and they were super gracious about it and kindly explained that it has to do with the hotel high occupancy that week, and some sort of energy limit? don't remember well.

Everything about this Hotel is great! Good to sleep, crazy efficient use of space, good to have breakfast (but of course you can go out and eat in the beautiful city), proximity to train station is like right in front of the hotel. Staff great and helpful. Good common area to hang out / work a bit enjoy snacks. Real deal steal and no frills.

While location is great, beware that if you don't know the city and are heading back drunk and rely on google maps, it might be tricky to get to the hotel and you might end up doing circles. When you first get out after your check-in make sure you get good sense of the neighborhood. or use uber. Hotel was clean, but ben sheets had some stains and on the second stay they forgot to swap the hand soap with new bottle.

Well designed, room is small but enough for a leisure trip, the staff are the best, the free coffee drinks and snacks day/night is a very good idea to keep you awake and enjoy the vacation😁

The location is excellent, close to the station/bars/restaurants/shopping. Clean and generally pleasant with helpful staff. The breakfast and roof terrace was particularly nice.

If anything, the breakfast could do with a bit of variation from day to day. But it was great.

the location is great, easy walk to everywhere in Cannes. The staff were lovely and friendly. The hotel itself was very clean, well looked after. The rooftop was lovely and a great spot for an aperitif Would love to come back

The breakfast was great but a little more expensive than I’d anticipated so we ended up going out for breakfast most days. A pool would have made this hotel perfect! And if the rooms were a fraction bigger or had more storage space! otherwise no issues :)
