The staff are really friendly and it makes me proud to be a Filipino by birth. The word hospitality are written on each of there faces. They go way beyond to help especially travelling with my other half (first time in the country), our daughter and my elderly mum. They made the experience stress free. The only down side is the location. But as what I keep telling everyone the Manila I remembered 18yrs ago was not that horrendous traffic wise. Maybe it's post pandemic but the staff was always there to rescue us especially when we got stuck looking for a taxi on our way back to the hotel (they're not the cheapest when it comes to transport but worth every penny). Would definitely stay at Marco Polo again whenever we visit the capital. I'm gutted they shut down Davao as I would love to stay there as its not far from Mum's. But thank you to everyone for making our stay memorable and relaxing. The coffee pronto is amazing. The staff are really friendly and considerate. Riza (I hope I got her name correct) she's amazing she deserves a 5 star for her service and she even said goodbye to us while we're waiting for our Grab on our way to the airport. That means a lot to us thank you so much x

Location. The traffic was beyond horrendous. It takes at least an hour to get to anywhere outside of Ortigas during normal hours. And longer during rush hour. Hope the City could do something about it especially the motorcyclist they should have a separate road of there own as they are making the road both dangerous and worse for anyone with cars.

We usually stay at Joy Nostalgia and this is a great alternative to it. Close to restaurants and convenient stores Got a massage at the spa at 11:30pm. That was great. The gym is spacious, clean and well equipped They have a 711 on the ground floor Breakfast buffet was amazing and the team serving breakfast and cooking meals was A+

Lights in the room: not enough. Lighting is really dim and not easy to navigated. You have to take 2 elevators to go to your room: Front Desk is on the 24th so you need to stop there first and then transfer to another elevator to go to your room. Sounds simply ( and it is ! ) but uncomfortable when you add waiting time. Was offered an upgrade upon checking: however, I was asked to pay for it. So far, in my experience, in other parts of the works, when upgrades are being offered at Check-in they are complementary. Was not the case here … Felt a bit frustrated.

I like everything about the property except for how we were treated badly upon check-in where staff did not assist us, assumed that we were part of a foreigner group ahead of us, did not assist us with our luggage and having a malfunctioning key card. It was a bad way to start our 5th year anniversary as a couple. They tried to make up by offering a complimentary access to the lounge, which was great. That was the saving grace. However, looking back, we felt that foreigners get preferential treatment than locals, even if both have means to pay nonetheless and it sends of a bad message.

The room is quiet (soundproof), big and clean. Wifi from our room is also good. The bed is comfy and big with good quality pillows. Every room has it's own bath tub that you can use whenever you feel like dipping into water for a while aside from their (HEATED) indoor pool on a separate floor which was really great. We booked during weekdays and nobody was using it except my family. My daughter surely enjoyed it. The staff is amazing. They will greet you and attend to your needs properly with a smile. This is my third time staying and they always allow us to have an early check-in provided that I need to check with them in advance on the day of our booking. Will keep coming back here rather than choosing another overrated 5-star hotels. Highly recommended.

the room is spacious and the bed is very big.. the checking in process is fast and hazzle free.. the breakfast is nice.. staffs are friendly and polite.. Location is surrounded by many types of eateries...

the room light is insufficient.. only one table lamp at working desk.. there is no nearby shopping mall by walking distance.. the lift usage is limited and slow, time consuming to go up/down. the room cleaning service is late, around 3pm++, plus the service was incomplete as there's no replenishment of the cleaning tools.. car hailing to airport is abit costly..

- The Hotel location is excellent and the area is clean and upscaled - The Hotel is inside a skyscraper and located on the 24 floor. My room was on the 34 floor and so the view from the hotel windows was breathtaking and the very quiet - The hotel staff were exceptionally nice and very helpful. My check-in and check-out experience was smooth - The room was very comfortable in terms of space and facilities and had an espresso machine - The bathroom was AMAZING and had a bathtub - Dine-in service was also excellent in time and quality: The food arrived hot, the presentation was just like 5-star restaurant and the taste was very good.

- The breakfast Buffet Halal items were limited - The breakfast buffet area is limited and you will have to wait until a table is available and then you will get seated. So if you are in rush then breakfast won't be possible, especially after 7:30 am. However, they have a fast track (mini@ buffet in 44 floors so I was offered that instead of waiting for a table.

The room is big and clean. The king bed and pillows are very comfy. Great choices for breakfast buffet. The continental lounge has a great view of the city, but was very warm in the morning/midday. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My son enjoyed the pool. We had the pool and jacuzzi all to ourselves for 45minutes.

There was water leaking from the ceiling thru a light fixture in the hallway between bathroom and bedroom. My husband almost slipped during the early morning. They resolved it immediately, though. They offered to move us to another room but it was a hassle to pack our stuff and unpack again at 5:30am. This happened on the 3rd morning, we stayed for 4nights.

Was on a queue at Cucina for breakfast when i waa told my room didn’t include breakfast..I told the receptionist that I paid for breakfast upon check in for 2pax (for my 2nd day since breakfast is available during the 1st day on our convention). I felt embarrased. She politely said she’ll check and escorted us to our table. Upon checking she said breakfast was indeed paid and apolized. It could have been avoided if only they were efficient….knowing that everything should be seen on the computer. Also, i think if fruits like banana or apple is available in the room instead of “dalanghita”.

The club was quite good on weekdays with reasonable choice. However Sat + Sunday was dismal. When we asked the staff on Sunday about being served some real cocktails they went out of their ways to arrange. Excellent service! (sorry forgot their names). Buffet breakfast really excellent. Everything was excellent including e.g. the croissant and nuts choice for example but as well baked potato slices and the yoghurt. We did quite a few staycations in HK these Covid years and this breakfast supervised by chef Renie (and manager Noel), really topped all of them including the Four Seasons and The Ritz (in HK)

A nightclub at the East side of the hotel played loud music starting in the afternoon. Around 9pm on Saturday we asked to change room (on 40th floor) which was arranged. Excellent service but they should have told us in advance. Location is okay but not really optimal.
