Hotel is well located, in between 2 subways, Eonju Station Exit 1 and Sinnonhyeon Station exit 1 and 8. An easy 6 min walk to the station and travelling via the subway to Lotte World Tower, COEX and Garosu-gil was a breeze. Reception and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and bedsheets smelled fresh and clean. We had a couple of meals at the Japanese eatery near the hotel. Their tonkatsu and udon meals were delicious. The fried chicken eateries near Sinnonhyeon Station were the best we had in our entire Korean trip.

The hotel was in a good location with usually a less than 30 minute train ride from most major attractions thanks to the access to Eonju Station (Line 9) and Sinnohyeon Station (Line 9, Line 9 Express and Sinsabundang Line) within 5 minutes walk. The room was large, quiet and clean with all the major amenities including a brand new large UHD TV. The housekeeping staff did a great job. Lots of restaurants, cafes as well as shops all within 10 minutes of the hotel.

Getting to the Airport from the hotel is not as quick as it would be from other major tourist areas like Hongdae and Myeongdong. The K-limousine bus can apparently take up to 2 hours as it is one of the first stops on the route, the train takes roughly 1hr 30 minutes and can be crowded depending on when you travel. The quickest way to get to the airport is by taxi (with a travel time of about an hour depending on traffic) but that can cost more than 80,000 won. There was no way to do your own laundry in the hotel, there was a laundry service but it was pretty expensive per item (11,000 won for one t-shirt for example). Also I could only turn on heating in my room, there was no way to turn on the cooling when I stayed there (as confirmed by the front desk).

My room had a large window with a lovely view of the rooftops of Seoul and the mountains in the distance. The hotel is quiet, clean and housekeeping very attentive. The well-lit bright bathroom (double deluxe) benefits from a bathtub and large counterspace, hairdryer and mirror. The location, in Gangnam-Gu, is close to many subway stations, the 6009 airport bus route, the main Gangnam shopping area and with lots of coffee shops, restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

Great location, near the metro (steep hill though) and a shopping district - lots of food and convenience stores just some distances away. Housekeeping staff was friendly and meticulous. Room was clean and no bed bugs (a nationwide issue at my time of stay). Reception provided a weighing scale - if you ever need one - for your luggage. Reception was prompt with fulfiling my requests - able to converse in English. Convenient KAL limousine bus ride from airport straight to busstop opposite hotel.

When you hang the "do not disturb" sign on the door, housekeeping informs reception and they CALL YOUR ROOM to ask what time the housekeeping can come. the ringing was loud, sudden and rather annoying - it totally disturbed me. The other thing I did not like was that they have a rule where you can only get 2 bottles of drinking water each day. If you want more, you will have to go to the odd-numbered levels and there will be a water dispenser there.

Huge & comfortable rooms, great location and very helpful staff. Well organised, very polite and at this price, just perfect. The property is just a short walk from the subway and from all of the bars, cafes & shops on offer at Gangnam. We asked for 2 rooms close to each other as we are a large family and the hotel gave us 2 adjacent rooms which were perfect for our needs. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and (critically) very warm. As it was minus 16 degrees C outside, the room heating was very much appreciated. Asking reception to hail taxis for us was very convenient since our ride hailing app was not always able to find suitable transport when needed.

Cleaning and service of the room daily was efficient and effective. The ladies who did this were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered many different choices for different tastes and cultures. The food was well presented and easy to access and choose. The room was clean and tidy and suitable for my needs. The staff were polite and helpful. The location in regards to access to shops, restaurants and the subway was great. There were many attractions that were easy to access by subway nearby. The airport bus stop was just a short walking distance and easy to access.

It would have been good if the restaurant was open in the evenings or if there was some kind of food delivery service from the Kitchen. Some awareness of catering for allergies would also have been helpful.

The hotel room was nice and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the view from the front was very good The hotel is on a main road with some amenities situated close, such as restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores. The hotel is between 2 subway stations, which is very useful as one station is on an express line (Sinnonhyeon station) Gangnam is a nice neighborhood to visit at night and feels very open and safe. Very lively atmosphere, especially near Sinnonhyeon station

The location is about 20-30 minutes on the subway from the main sights in the north of the city. However, I preferred staying in Gangnam as it was cheaper and felt safe and lively at night.

The hotel staff are really great, and they kept our room really clean throughout our stay. The location is also great, very close to a busy area with plenty of shops and restaurants, and close to the metro :) The price for all of the above is more than reasonable, they are charging well below what others in the area charge

The rooms are in need of an update at this stage but that is reflected in the costs. The level of cleanliness and quality of the staff more than make up for this

Very good location, very close to Gangnam station and other 2 subway stops. The room was nice and spacious, very clean and with all the facilities. Honestly I didn’t hear much noise at night. Bed was very comfortable! I haven’t tried their breakfast. There are many convenient stores and restaurants /cafes by the hotel.

It looks and feel a bit old. It would be nice to renovate some things (ex.aircon, room phone). But anyway, everything worked perfectly and I was impressed by the cleanliness!
