such an amazing stay! the rooms were so clean, the amenities were just enough and not too much. Plus point is that the hotel is a walking distance to the train station (eonju) and the airport bus stops right across the street (at hotel samjung). they gave me vouchers to use at the restaurant but make sure to use it during your stay and not after. they keep your luggage well before and after the stay and i love to sit at the work station at level 1 because it is very cozy! Overall, really good and i highly recommend this hotel!

all are good! nothing is bad about the hotel but just note that there isn't any spoons in the hotel to mix your coffee or drinks, but no worries, there is cups for that. so if you are staying here and you need a spoon, they don't have it, so you might want to bring one on your own or buy one. everything else is GOOD!

Room was clean and very modern. Enjoyed the USB outlets in convenient spots and the blackout blinds! Location has a lot of transportation options - near a few train stations and right by a bus stop. Hotel has a nice cafe for coffee and breakfast, and has a restaurant in the rooftop with a good view of the city. Staff was very friendly and always helped us book taxis.

The room we booked was quite small for 2 people with big luggages. There was very little space to move. The bathroom actually had a glass wall. Don't book this room type if you're traveling with someone you're not that close with. The cafe in the hotel opens at 8am - which is quite late for tourists with tours booked for 6 or 7AM.

The toilet was so nice, and the built-ins were useful for storing large suitcases. Hotel was very clean and quiet, with friendly staff and wonderful views.

The room could have been a bit larger, and also the automatic light near the front door would turn on anytime anyone tried to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, which would wake everyone else in the room. It would be nice if guests could turn it off or dim it in some way when not needed.

The building was very well located and very clean. The staff was really nice and spoke English very well which made it easy to communicate. The shower was really good and big towels were provided. Breakfast was good with an amazing view of the city. Although there was not a wide variety the quality was really good and it had the best coffee I’ve ever had in a hotel. The beds were really comfortable and the room had a nice view. Overall I really enjoyed this stay but I think it was a bit overpriced considering other hotels we have stayed in in Korea.

The room was small, which was okay since we were expecting it. However the sink was not inside the toilet but in the room, which we found weird and caused the floor of the room to be wet when we washed our faces or hands.

Very Good Location, clean, neat, small but cosy. All the front desk staff are all very helpful, especially Miss Boyeon Choi, she is exceptional. She was very professional, polite, helpful, patient and provided excellent customer service. Nothing was a trouble to her. Thank you very much Miss Choi. Not forgetting housekeeping staff on level 14. The one that I encounter during my stay were very polite, hardworking, helpful and always smiling even when they were so busy cleaning.

It is clean and modern. Everything you need. I also love it is dog friendly!

It is a bit small, but that does not bother me. I’ve stayed here multiple times, and it is always just enough room. As for this last stay in particular, the front desk staff was EXTREMELY slow with checkout. I had a very important appointment, and the drowsy speed of the lady handling the checkout nearly gave me a nervous breakdown. Arrive at the checkout desk a minimum of 25~30 minutes early if you have an important appointment to keep. I have never experienced anything like that in Korea, EVER. Hopefully, the young lady checking everyone out was a newly hired employee who will improve with experience.

The view from the room was beautiful, the bathroom big enough and the bed was really comfy.

The staff had a little difficulty with english and the service at the bar was very slow. The hotel was, near a subway station, and with a bus stop in front of the hotel, but the position in Gangnam-gu was not ideal for sightseeing the city.

As my first time in Seoul, I was quite worried of how the hotel would be and the room given to me. However, it was better than what I expected. Excellent area with two subway station super close to the hotel, a main street in Gangnam with nightlife and amazing restaurants and of course, beautiful view from the room! ❤️

The room had an amazing view and a very big and comfie bed! The restaurant and the Cafe placed inside were very good with a variety of food and a nice environment to work or chill. Also, really close to the metro station! Being pet friendly was also a plus, although we didn't have our dog with us.

Everything was fine.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It was near a number of metro stations. Because its not directly in touristy areas, it was also quieter.

The breakfast selection is the same every morning. It would also be good to have tea, as not everyone is a coffee drinker.
