I always sleep great when I come here (this was my 4th time). Beds are really comfortable and soundproofing is excellent (especially in comparison to other hotels). The staff is lovely and always makes me feel at home. I have also seen constant improvements at breakfast. Housekeeping is on point.

The facilities (main restaurant, pool) could do with a bit of a sprucing up, and it would be great if there was an espresso/coffee machine at breakfast.

The hotel surprised us. It is really worth considering it as a stay for as long as you need. The breakfast was delicious and the view was a very good bonus. The swimming pool on the roof was very nice. The gym, is good furnished, but it is mostly for callisthenics. The staff was great, always ready to help! The position allows you to walk through the city easily.

Only smaller downside is the price, even if the stay was worth it, it might be a little pricey (but probably, it's the standard for Kuwait). About the breakfast, it is mostly salty rather than about sweets, adding some would be nice. NB, still a 10!

Great location in downtown Kuwait, getting there from the airport was very easy. Staff were friendly and helpful with check in and luggage. The rooftop coffee shop and pool area is amazing, especially after sunset, with a friendly vibe and looking out at the big new skyscrapers opposite. Even if you weren't staying here, I would recommend making a trip up there for a coffee and a chill out.

Room was OK, but a little tired. Reasonable at this price point. I paid 10 KWD for a shuttle to the airport when I checked out. This is similar to getting a taxi, but it's advertised as free. I don't mind paying, but I ask that you update the details on booking.com / own website.

The location is decent in downtown, the rooms are dated but spacious enough, clean and overall quite comfortable. Water pressure was good in the shower.

The pool is shut until 6pm. How does this make sense.. it’s spring. I understand it’s Ramadan but the hotel will obviously have foreign guests. No matches given and we were strictly told we can’t smoke outside (all we asked for is matches we never mentioned smoking) so that was a weird interaction, especially since there was an ashtray outside the entrance with cigarette butts in it. Lack of language skills/professionalism, too.

too much chlorine in the pool water , strange policy that some guest can book all swimming pool and rooftop without notice so other guest cannot use it- not acceptable !!!!You cannot sell one thing twice , advertise hotel with pool pictures and then close it for private guests

Staff - especially at reception - is very nice and accomodating. Rooms are really spacious, quiet and comfortable - I slept great throughout my stay. Location is great, walking distance to Shaheed Park and Al Hamra. Good value for money.

Housekeeping could have been better this time around (I have been here before, and thought the level of cleanliness was not as high as last time). It would look neater too if the trash cans outside the hotel were emptied out on a more regular basis. Breakfast could be improved (more variety, better coffee).

The breakfast was actually excellent. Coffee was very good ( I’m very particular abt coffee quality at a hotel) . Great variety of cuisines and more importantly the ‘eggs station’ and fresh fruit. Winning formula. The room was spacious. The wetroom offered everything we need. Housekeeping is efficient. Front desk staff are all great (Riza , Mustafa and others whose names I forgot😟).

Even though it’s due to the strategic location of the hotel in the heart of the city , I thought the parking lot needs a little organization. The TV set is a little on the small side.

Hotel taxi service is extremely overpriced compared to normal city taxi. Ride from the hotel to airport cost KD 10. The car is not luxury, just normal Toyota. In comparison with normal city taxi we went for a 2-hour trip from Kuwait City centre to Subiya desert and back through Sheikh Jaber bridge (around 120 km) for KD 12.

Location was superb - walking distance to park and mall - very safe area and clean too - Hotel staff excellent and Mustafa was superb - excellent taxi service organized via hotel, hotel spotless and clean - room nice, nothing too much trouble - very enjoyable

Swimming pool was closed - that was the only drawback - didn't make much difference to be honest, as weather was mixed - was able to get what sun we did have, by sunbathing In the park
