Words cannot express how much I adore this hotel! From the moment I stepped through the door, I felt like I was enveloped in warmth and care. The staff, oh, the staff – they were not just kind; they were like family. Their smiles brightened my days, and their willingness to go the extra mile left me speechless. And let’s talk about the room! It was a sanctuary – spacious, elegant, and filled with little touches that made my heart skip a beat. The photos online didn’t do justice; it was a symphony of comfort and beauty. I found myself lingering by the window, watching the city lights twinkle, feeling utterly content. Everything is beyond perfect very very highly recommend ed

Everything was great. I am usually very critical for reviews but everything was perfect. The airport pickup is really convenient. The car was waiting exactly where they said it would be. The checkin is super easy as they were expecting me. The room was great and in a good location. Tips for travelers: Get the SIM card at the airport, very convenient and they don't up-charge because you are the airport. If you are using the transport provided by the hotel, it is reliable and easy. You can wait to change money after getting to the hotel. No need to change at the airport as you will be tired and the touts trying to get you into their taxi might be tiring for you to deal with.

I really can't think of anything, the staff was fantastic and everything went so smoothly. Very attentive and helpful with everything.

It is located in the city center, 5 minutes from a big shopping center which has groceries, clothes, electronics, entertainment for kids, cinema and places to eat. The hotel looks good, the mattresses are nice. Air conditioning is something I really appreciated in the summer heat in Bishkek. Nice modern smart TV in the room where you can just watch youtube or anything else.

The hotel needs some maintenance. In my room, the bed was so squeaky that it was making noises when I was just breathing (not too loud but for sure annoying), the water heater was leaking, the shower door was super squeaky as well. There is no elevator, so one might struggle with heavy suitcases or eith a wheelchair. I was given a different room to what I have booked, which is no trouble at all as the size is the same but might confuse someone who is more picky.

We recently had a very pleasant stay at the Bishkek Centrum Hotel with our family. The rooms were surprisingly spacious, making it comfortable for everyone to relax and unwind. The location was excellent - well-connected and within walking distance to many areas. An added bonus was the smooth airport transfer for a very reasonable price of USD 12. We especially appreciate Ayperi at the reception desk. Her helpfulness, positive attitude, and guidance throughout our stay were invaluable. Overall, we had a great experience at the Bishkek Centrum Hotel and would definitely recommend it to other families looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Bishkek.

The only drawback we encountered was the lack of an elevator to the second floor. This might be a consideration for families with young children or those with mobility limitations.

Staff all had sufficient English and were happy to help. We had a triple room and it was fabulous - very generous size , comfortable beds, good AC, plenty of natural lighting, very quiet, lovely bathroom. Good location - easy walk to mall, grocery shop, pharmacy, cafes, parks and much more. Breakfast choices were ample and barista coffee spot on. Cleaning staff had good English and were very helpful.

Had to carry luggage to second floor - no lift but not too serious. They were booked up on our return to Bishkek so we couldn't stay there again.

I loved the quietness of the hotel. Almost no noise can be heard. A/C works fine, wifi too, TV too once you have all the remotes. Bed and bed covers are pretty comfortable, although for a tall person they might be too short. 24h reception, very safe, always somebody to help, the personnel speaks some English, although it is sometimes complicated to communicate. Water bottles and tea/ capuccino provided every day. You can have the room cleaned every day, or not if you prefer not to. The maids respect your privacy and rest. Luggage can be stored during an absence. The location is not that close to the historical centre, there is a good 20min walk, 15min to the Opera, 40+ to City Hall and the Philharmonic. Many shopping malls nearby, including an underground supermarket just across the street where food is very good.

Smells of smoke in the evening, although the rooms seem to be non-smoking. Stains on the carpet. Some bed pillows/ covers /towels didn't smell of cleanliness. The curtains are not enough to cut the light from outside, whether daylight or night lighting. No air purifier. The air vent in the bathroom was dirty, you should clean it.

It was in prime location access to city , supermarkets, malls and etc.. Staff was very friendly and respond to all your queries and try to find out solution for all issues raised during stay. For the people traveling with infants,toddlers it's good place as they even provided a baby chair 🪑 usually you don't find in hotels.That make our holiday much easier.

The bed was not big as in the picture , it was only queen size, suitable only for two adults.Also it was not comfortable the spring bed compressed too deep during sleeping. Bathroom door can not be locked.

Everything was perfect. I recommend this hotel 100%. I stayed three nights and every time I stayed they were very professional and helpful. Very kind staff. The airport transport is great and I recommend the breakfast in their restaurant. Very delicious food!

I stayed at this lovely hotel in central Bishkek with my family. We'd booked 2 superior rooms, on arrival we got upgraded to a suite room for free which was very kind of them. The rooms were very spacious, decorated with modern furniture and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was very respectful and beyond helpful, they did everything they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible and they helped us with all our enquiries. They also speak good English which we found very useful! They arranged airport shuttle free of charge. The location is within minutes of all major attractions. There is also a really nice restaurant next to it, a coffee shop and a shopping mall just few minutes walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel if you're in Bishkek!
