I definitely think it's worth the 53$ / night. Staff is very friendly and always trying to make you happy. Rooms are simple but cosy with small details such as bed light, kettle, glasses, mini fridge, 2 small bottles of drinking water etc. AC is working well. The sizes and shapes of the rooms vary and some are facing the back yard, some look out to the front street but all offer the same comfort. There's a cosy roofed seating area in the back yard and a water dispenser to refill your own bottle near the reception. Breakfast is awesome with everything you need and they make your eggs to order. Globus supermarket and Bishkek Beer Company (BBC) each 10 min. walk away. Also 2 close bus stations come in handy. Loved our stay here.

maybe the street where the hotel is located is not the prettiest with a big construction side next to it but we didn't mind.

My stay at the property was amazing. I had 18 hours layover at Bishkek, so I booked this hotel to stay over there and catch my flight the next day. The local staff was professional and quite helpful. The rooms were quite clean, comfortable, and already prepared before my arrival so I didn’t face any kind of problem or had to ask for anything to be provided to me. The breakfast that they served was quite delicious and freshly prepared. I have stayed at other 5-10 star hotels in Bishkek also, but this Urban hotel, it was quite nice and excellent, exceeding my expectations. The only problem was with the location - it was a little difficult to find from Google maps location. I would totally recommend this hotel and would love to stay there if I travel to Bishkek again. 5 stars from me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our stay at Urban Hotel was made memorable by its convenient location and thoughtful amenities. We booked 3 rooms for one night, rooms were all located in the basement close to the restaurant area. Staff was kind and helpful, we enjoyed our stay and were impressed by the good breakfast. Good wi-fi and comfortable beds.

Furniture and toilette were not very good quality, they look new but a bit cheap for the quality of the hotel. In on room the wall between the toilette and the bedroom, there was high visible moisture stain.

I liked the location. Walking distance to most of the parks. The staff were helpful despite little knowledge to English language. Google translate is a powerful tool there. The location was safe even if you walk going home at past midnight. Fast Internet. Smart TV. Clean building.

I stayed at the hotel for 7 days total and the breakfast spread was 95% the same or on repeat mode like you're on a deja vu. But food was decent. Bidet must be installed please. Toiletries must be replenished every day, if possible.

Nice new "western-style" hotel just north of the city center in a bit less developed neighborhood (e.g. road pavement not well-kept), but we felt safe everywhere in Kyrgyzstan, so not a problem. City center is in walking distance, which is nice. The room had a nice private bathroom and airconditioning. Parking spaces in front of the hotel. We needed a taxi to the airport early in the morning and they arranged it for us. Some staff do speak english, others didn't but used google translate, so we were able to communicate.

There is no elevator.

The hotel is conveniently located within a walking distance from the city centre, the rooms were clean and modern, check in and check out very smooth, and the breakfast pretty good with decent selection.

The hotel may be a bit difficult to find in a small side street, with construction nearby. As we were staying during the weekend and were not walking around at night, we didn't have any issues though.

Fantastic little hotel. Very clean, modern, quiet and well appointed rooms, english speaking staff, 15 minutes walk to central Bishkek (good distance for walking off big meals!). I kept extending my stay or requesting to leave luggage and returning and they always tried their best to accommodate me.

Card machine occasionally went down for payments, but seemed to get resolved in the last week or so. Road outside is a bit dark but was actually perfectly safe (solo female traveller).
