Lack of bell boy who would help with luggage. Small elevator. Pop music in restaurant during breakfast.

location and quite comfortable room

I wanted to use the equipment of gym but the facilities were unplugged. The sauna also was closed for the whole week.

The room was huge, clean, modern and comfortable. The breakfast is plentiful and excellent choices. Other meals are smaller portions than I have seen elsewhere. However the service is fairly quick and the non English speakers use Google translate to understand your order. They also arranged my transfers from and to the airport. Nice parks nearby to go for a walk in.

One of the receptionists was quite brusque, but everyone else was helpful and polite.

Sublime dwelling in a luxurious hotel. It left nothing to be desired, literally. Everything was like in a fairy tale, all the way down to the water pressure in the shower. Exceptional room! The view was truly spectacular – over the Dolen Omurzakov Stadium in the direction of the ferris wheel in Panfilov Park and the Ala-Too square (1 km away). From its vantage point (5th floor), and through the glass partition wall, that space perfectly embraced the genuine beauty of the capital of Kyrgyzstan. The rich and varied breakfast buffet on the terrace was a delicious feast (caviar!) for the choosiest of palates. The staff were all first-class: very helpful, attentive, and accommodating. Spot-on service. I absolutely enjoyed swimming in the hotel’s pool in the basement. Complimentary bathrobe and slippers came in really handy.

There was a mix-up when I arrived: the hotel had no vacant rooms, even though I had booked months in advance. However, Timur, the receptionist, made some calls and found a room for me to stay overnight in another hotel and also got me a taxi ride to get there. These things happen. I did not hold it against the hotel, hence the overall score in my review is the perfect 10.

The hotel is not bad, rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The location is quite good - relatively in the city center, not far from markets.

We booked the hotel particularly because of the pool, but it was not working, and no one told us about that in advance. The door to the bathroom was not closing. And finally, the wifi was quite weak, so that we could use whatup, but not use our laptops. Based on that I would say that this hotel is a bit overpriced.

I had a wonderful stay at Plaza. Everything was above my expectations. Outstanding staff and service. Buffet breakfast was luxury and delicious. Room was clean, warm and tidy with a nice smell. I felt emotional luxure thanks to warm smile of the staff especially Aliyah. They were kind and ready to help. Thanks for the great experience. Definitely will come back!

location is close to the park with a great view above the 7th floor and lots of fresh air. good breakfasts.

air conditioner did not work so it was hot in the room all the time

Been to 30+ countries including US, Canada and majority of Europe, but my trip to Kyrgyztan was special and I had great time at this place which isn’t having much tourist as of today (it deserves lot more tourists). Big thanks to Daastan and Sarwar who helped me every moment. I felt I’m in my country the way these guys supported and guided throughout my stay. Never experienced such awesome hospitality. These guys will treat you as a family, it’s like home away from home. Will definitely recommend this property. Location of the property is really good. Danyar helped once I need any help

Property in general is good but AC and lighting can be improved

The location of the Hotel is very convenient. The reception staff was kind and helpful. The hotel is not like a western chain hotel with top quality features but a nice and simple local hotel offering solid features which are just fine for a few days stay. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom has all you need, the size of the rooms is fine. It is not a luxury property - but it was perfectly fine for the few days I needed. It was also possible to make a booking for a massage which was very relaxing at the end of a work day and very professionally done. The swimming pool was a bit too cold for me.
