The room was huge, clean, modern and comfortable. The breakfast is plentiful and excellent choices. Other meals are smaller portions than I have seen elsewhere. However the service is fairly quick and the non English speakers use Google translate to understand your order. They also arranged my transfers from and to the airport. Nice parks nearby to go for a walk in.

One of the receptionists was quite brusque, but everyone else was helpful and polite.

I wanted to use the equipment of gym but the facilities were unplugged. The sauna also was closed for the whole week.

Sublime dwelling in a luxurious hotel. It left nothing to be desired, literally. Everything was like in a fairy tale, all the way down to the water pressure in the shower. Exceptional room! The view was truly spectacular – over the Dolen Omurzakov Stadium in the direction of the ferris wheel in Panfilov Park and the Ala-Too square (1 km away). From its vantage point (5th floor), and through the glass partition wall, that space perfectly embraced the genuine beauty of the capital of Kyrgyzstan. The rich and varied breakfast buffet on the terrace was a delicious feast (caviar!) for the choosiest of palates. The staff were all first-class: very helpful, attentive, and accommodating. Spot-on service. I absolutely enjoyed swimming in the hotel’s pool in the basement. Complimentary bathrobe and slippers came in really handy.

There was a mix-up when I arrived: the hotel had no vacant rooms, even though I had booked months in advance. However, Timur, the receptionist, made some calls and found a room for me to stay overnight in another hotel and also got me a taxi ride to get there. These things happen. I did not hold it against the hotel, hence the overall score in my review is the perfect 10.

The hotel is not bad, rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The location is quite good - relatively in the city center, not far from markets.

We booked the hotel particularly because of the pool, but it was not working, and no one told us about that in advance. The door to the bathroom was not closing. And finally, the wifi was quite weak, so that we could use whatup, but not use our laptops. Based on that I would say that this hotel is a bit overpriced.

I had a wonderful stay at Plaza. Everything was above my expectations. Outstanding staff and service. Buffet breakfast was luxury and delicious. Room was clean, warm and tidy with a nice smell. I felt emotional luxure thanks to warm smile of the staff especially Aliyah. They were kind and ready to help. Thanks for the great experience. Definitely will come back!

I did not like breakfest. Poor choice.

Good location, the breakfast is fine for the price, the rooms are very spacious, sauna and pool area are fine though nothing special.

Cleaning could be a bit more attentive, in both rooms and public areas. Furthermore, I did not really like the shampoo and shower gel offered.

Unfortunately, it is a pity that the sauna was not usable due to maintenance. In the winter months, I believe this service would have been used by many customers
