I liked the place where hotel is. I could visit all required places in 5-10 mins on a taxi. Taxi works very well in the city. I didn't have any problems. The room was clean and good enough.

I was on 8 floor in a room at very end of the corridor. I was able to connect to wifi, but it didn't work well at all. I needed it to have some video calls and have some meetings. It didn't work to me at all. Speed was about 0.2-0.5 Mb/s. No Netflix, no video calls, nothing good. Hotel Staff could not fix it. I cancelled my second day and went to another hotel in 5 mins walk. Wifi in another hotel worked perfect and I could work and watch Netflix, for example. I think this wifi problem was only for 8th floor. I could go to lobby and had my work calls. At lobby internet speed was perfect. Do not stay on 8th floor if you need internet =) I writhe the feedback in 2 month after staying here. Maybe problem is fixed already.

Hotel Lulu is the best and all services provided were good. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was very welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. The room and the washroom was clean. The staff helped us to order food online and also let us keep our luggage at the reception on the last day.

It would be great if they keep a water dispenser on each floor. After room service every day, I had to always ask for tissue paper both for the washroom and the room. It would be great if they provide tissue paper on their own when they see it is over or about to get over.

It's the best hotel for me in Bishkek. I'm a women who is traveling alone a lot. And to have a comfortable, safe and good location place for me very very important! Lulu was recommended to me by my friend, and I'm so glad for this! Wonderful bedroom (very important for my back), kindly helpful staff (I was going be late to airport and they kindly call me even I didn't say), silent tasty close to city main park and restorants!

No parking space. Difficult to get down from the car since the hotel beside a busy city road and no parking area in front of the hotel. The room I stayed there was no mountain view. Staff are not fluent in english. No restaurant in the hotel. Only breakfast they served. But nearby there are few restaurant.

I recently stayed at Hotel Lulu in Bishkek and had a pleasant experience. The hotel was impeccably clean, which made for a very comfortable stay. There was unpresentable towel (with a hole), bidet was leaking, soap in our room 1009 was not refilled.

Amazing breakfast. Once we booked the hotel, we did not expect anything, later one of the guests who came to this hotel said that he stops here all the time as it is one of the best hotels in Bishkek. We understood his words once we moved to another hotel on our way back home. It is really price for value stay. Good location, great wifi, nice breakfast, next to the shop (5 mins walk).

Guys at the reception were not the most responsive, but we did not ask much. Once they forgot about our request. But not really a problem.

- Very good breakfast, general selection of expected breakfast items, bonus was a custom made omelet and hot oatmeal, In the breakfast room we loved calming music that strimmed from the TV with gorgeous nature scenery. - great comfortable beds, and bedding in general, rested well. - we loved sitting area in a standard room with comfortable chairs facing the window. - fresh air in the hotel throughout was a plus - cozy decorated rooms with different lighting features was a plus - it is a quite hotel and we had a quite room, we didn't even hear construction outside of nearby building. - we loved partial view of the city, especially at night - the staff was responsive and even provided electral plug for my foreign device! +

- Small safe in a room was not attached to the room's wall or furniture, it could be easily taken away by anyone, this fact made as nervous leaving our passports and valuables. (Everything went well though) - small size rooms, for some reason expected better. - breakfasts were until 10AM, we wish it was until 11AM as we love to sleep in, and not to rush for a work day. - toilets in general didn't flash well, but I guess it's a problem for the area - would be great to see more smiles on the staff's faces; however reception area staff was great and welcoming.
