Location of hotel is bot bad. The district where it's located is pretty quiet. Hotel room is clean and nice. Stuff is helpful and breakfast is delicious.

It would be great if all tv's were smart or at least includes youtube to watch things that I understand but it's not a minus it's like just personal opinion. Registration were 4€ if I'm not mistaken but there were no info about it on booking i think. But it's not a big deal. Sleepers were for 1€ each. Again bot a big problem but it would be nice if it's included

Staff members are really friendly and competent. Women at reception helped by solving our requests very fast! Good price /quality ratio. Separate "shout-out" to woman who was working at breakfast room 23rd and 24th of October 2024. She did her job SOOOO responsible and carefully! Location of hotel is excellent! Room was spacious and breakfast was various and tasty.

Although we liked hotel , but cleanliness in rooms should be really improved... We found pair of old socks in our room behind the table and used cotton swab near the bed on the floor... And beds were pretty squeaky...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Old Town Trio Hotel, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. The hotel it's well-located, pretty close to the train/bus stations (5 min walk), 10 min walk to the centre/old town, there are supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bar around, plenty of sightseeing. Breakfast is AMAZING and it definitely exceeded my expectations, lots of options available. Bedroom and bathroom are clean and with a perfect size. As a female solo traveller I can recommend this hotel, I felt safe and comfortable. The way to the train station seems a bit weird, but it is a super short walk, even doing it at 5 am on my own it was ok.

They surely need air-cons in the bedroom, or at least a better fan. the bedroom was too hot and it was 30 degrees outside. That's the only thing missing I would say.

Old Town Trio is situated right by the historic old town of Vilnius and was an excellent location. Our room was spacious with a lovely en-suite and efficient air conditioning which we needed! The beds were comfy and the room facilities all you would expect. There was a lot of variety provided for breakfast and the staff servicing the breakfast area were so helpful and diligent in ensuring everything was well stocked. Hotel reception staff were friendly and helpful. We used the hotel secure car parking which was essential for this neighbourhood given limited on road parking. An excellent stay in a super hotel. Highly recommended.

Overall, everything was great. The room was clean, the bathroom was comfortable for showering, and the water pressure was excellent. The breakfast was satisfying. The location is fantastic—calm and in the old town, perfect for pleasant walks nearby. One of the most impressive aspects was the WiFi, which was amazing! It's fast enough to handle all your work needs, making remote work easy (download speeds up to 400-500 Mbps, upload speeds up to 300-350 Mbps). Considering the prices and services offered by other hotels, I would highly recommend Old Town Trio to anyone looking for excellent service, friendly staff, a great location, and a remote work-friendly environment.

The location was good. The hotel is located on the outskirts of Old Town with a short walking distance to many attractions, shops, and restaurants. The room was nice and quite spacious as well as the bathroom. It was nice to have separate beds that you can push together if you want to. The breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. We were able to leave our luggage in the storage room before check-in which was nice. They also let us leave the luggage there after check-out since our flight was in the evening.

We didn't have air conditioning in our room and it was very hot. There was a small fan which made it tolerable but not very comfortable.

Location is good: around 10 min slow walk from bus/train station, around 10 min to Old town. Nice staff. Good breakfast (at least for 1 night). Good price/quality ratio.

It was quite hot in the room even at night with open window (and it wasn't the hottest day of summer). There is no conditioner, but there was a fan. If you cant sleep when there is noice (from fan), it might be a problem during hotter days. Room does not allowed to put two singe beds apart. For us was not a problem, but in case if two people travel together, but don't expect to be so close during sleep, it might be inconvenient.

The hotel was a good choice for my stay. The room was clean and spacious, and having a refrigerator in the room was a nice touch. The breakfasts were tasty and varied, and the option to get a breakfast box to go was very convenient. The staff was helpful, though they seemed somewhat unapproachable. The only downside was the noise from outside, which sometimes disrupted the peace. Overall, the hotel offers a comfortable stay with good breakfast and decent conditions.

Nice bedroom and bathroom.. the breakfast was outstanding for choice and quality and they kept replenishing with pancakes, scrambled and boiled eggs, herring, salads, cold meats, pastries, breads,fruit, cereals, toast, three juices etc .. it was a magnificent breakfast to choose from!

When we arrived at midnight the man at the desk scared us when he said he could not find our booking … it really frightened us as we were tired out! After a few minutes he did eventually find it… the women were welcoming to us !
