The location is undoubtedly the biggest advantage of this hotel. Close to the station, bus and tram stops and with an excellent bakery shop next door. We got a corner room on the 6th floor which gave us amazing views and a lot of natural lights. I liked how clean it was and that the bathroom looked quite modern. The staff was nice too.

Our room was quite old so if you value aesthetic, modern interiors you won't be happy here. However, everything was in good state and clean. Also breakfast was quite basic with eggs being only warm option. If I wouldn't have it included in the fare I would definitely go more often to the next door bakery instead. I wasn't happy with the fact that baby crib has to be paid extra but at least it wasn't one of this cheap fabric travel cots but a proper metal crib with wheels. The price for the hotel feels somewhat high for what you are getting but it's Luxembourg.

The location was great and room was perfectly fine, beds were good and the bathroom was fine - not brand new but everything worked, what more do you need. I couldn't get our aircon to work, but we only stayed one night so didn't bother to do anything about it. We overlooked the train station, but with the windows closed it wasn't noisy (fine for us anyway). Staff were pleasant, and communication before our stay was great. Breakfast was adequate, some things were replenished when staff noticed it had run out, but the choices felt rather limited. I'd definitely stay again though.

The hotel is located opposite the main entrance to the railway station. (Google maps leads you astray) The rooms are well appointed and recently renovated. You will love the shower! As public transport is free in Luxemburg, it is very easy to take the tram or bus into the center or to the airport. The city is very walkable and there is lot to see. There are many restaurants near to the hotel as well as in the city centre. The breakfast has lots of choice and you can get cooked eggs.

We really liked this hotel but we found the receptionists not very helpful. They seem to hide away in the office area and are not available to greet or help the guests. It is such a shame!

Located in front of the train station, and an easy walk to nearest tram station to start exploring the charming historic city of Luxembourg. At the time of writing public transport is free. Clean and comfortably quiet room. Friendly reception staff on check in and departure. Special mention to the kind chef who helped my partner as she was unable to have breakfast due to allergies. The perfect omelette beautifully seasoned and made with love was served with a friendly smile and made her day 😊

If you have dietary restrictions it is difficult to navigate the breakfast menu and its limited choices. However, the friendly chef double-checked all the ingredients with my partner to ensure no harm and decided she would make the omelette so my partner could enjoy her breakfast.

We just stayed for 1 night, however it was perfect for our needs. Comfortable room, good amenities. The only downside in our room was the bathroom. It had glass wall, we didn't mind about the see-through bit (for a married couple is fine), but my husband woke up in the middle of the night to use the loo and had to do in the dark otherwise it would light up the whole room and wake me up. Not all rooms have this glass wall (our friends rooms were fine) Nice touch was the radio in the room, used Bluetooth on it Breakfast was good, nice selection of teas. A friend had a omelette and it was really good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was good, just opposite the main station and lots of trams stops. About 20 min walk to the touristic spots. Easy parking. Parking garage about 3 min walk, secure and €20 per day (24h).

One small spot light in the bathroom (above mirror for example) would be better.

The comfortable beds and the modern bathroom were great.

It was irritating that we were told that cleaning is only every second day but we experienced that only after coming back to the room that it wasn't cleaned. When asking at the reception we were told that it is only every second day unless we ask for it.But the receptionist was very kind then and exchanged the towels we needed to and gave us shampoo and shower gel. Actually, I traveled the whole world being in every continent but this was the first time I heard that. Mostly it is not cleaned only if you hang up a sign outside the door with not being disturbed or anything.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Very close to the train station (which was convenient because I was traveling by train), but also 10 mins by foot from the center. The room was big, clean, comfy and quiet. Breakfast was pretty good, although I would not say it is a must if you stay at the hotel.

I have no major complaints. The hotel is a bit expensive, but it is more of a Luxembourg issue, rather than a problem with the hotel. The staff was helpful and professional, but they didn't feel particularly kind or welcoming.

It is literally opposite the train station so super convenient to arrive and store your luggage. There are free trams to the old town but we didn’t mind the 18minute walk to the Pont Adolphe bridge which was the start of the tourist spots. Our room was on the corner so had huge windows and views. It is new looking with an updated bathroom and functional room furniture. It was clean.

The shower leaks terribly and water ends up all over the bathroom floor. It took a hand towel and bathmat to soak it all up! Would benefit from a hook for your towel and somewhere to place a toiletry bag in the bathroom as I had to pop mine on top of the bin!

It's right next to the train station, including bus and trams which is very convenient to travel The room was a bit small but, it does the job. As per the pictures. In Belgium, I got a full 1 bedroom flat for a similar price but, yes, you are in Luxembourg.

The bathroom, despite being cleaned every day was a bit smelly if the door was left open and the light (with the air extraction system) was not left ON. Potentially something only link to the room I stayed in. No problem of water pressure, as seen in other comments. At least, not on the 5th floor.

The hotel is at the best location, across street from train station and many other public transportations. .Very convenient!. The girl at front desk is really care about what we needed, She tried her best to help us charging our cell phones because we don't have a converter. This place is super clean too. We definitely recommend it to others and will go back to it if we travel there again.

Cannot charge our electronic equipment for some reason. Noisy if open window during the night but didn't affect us.
