The location is perfect as it is located at walking distance from the the main train station, bus and tram stations. It made it easy for us to explore the city without any hassle. The room was very nice and clean, with modern decor, they also have a Nespresso coffee machine, which was very convenient. Also, there was a bottle of Moët and chocolates in my bedroom at arrival. Wifi reception is good in the room and they also have smart TV so one can enjoy watching Netflix or YouTube instead of local channels. The staff were extremely friendly and available 24x7. The breakfast is Overall good, as it is located in the centre so one can get a lot of options to eat outside. However in the morning you may find hard to get something to eat or you have to go to the main train station for breakfast which is expensive as compare to what you get here at that price. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Kazakiwi. The location, room, and service were all top-notch, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again in the future.

I found the room was bit small, very less walking space within the room. They also have chair in room but with the room size it was not comfortable to use the chair. Also and most important there is only one charging point, other points is either for TV or coffee machine, so if your having more then 2 phones you may need to carry your own extension wire as hotel won’t provide any extension wire. (I asked for one and being told they don’t have any)

The design is top-notch, very pleasing. The whole hotel smells nice and everyone is incredibly friendly. Rooms are what you are expecting, super clean and welcoming. I‘d come back any time.

Staff was excellent and always co - operative for everything with a smile .. Breakfast was good at the price .. Location of the property was excellent , 2mins walk from the Luxembourg City Station & at close proximity to great food joints . Specially two excellent Indian Restaurants of Taj Mahal and Namaste in 30 Secs Walking . Room size was bit small at the price , since i chose to book the standard category , but the excellent service available at the hotel made up for it . If i ever come back , surely will be again by FIRST choice for stay .

The room was modern and impeccable. What I liked the most were (1) the bed & bedding (extremely comfortable), (2) the breakfast (fresh, healthy and savoury options, and excellent coffee), and (3) the shower. The location is very convenient a short walk from the train station. I appreciated the Nespresso coffee machine and beverage choices in the room, although I didn't get a chance to use it. The hotel felt like an oasis for a woman traveling alone, with lovely decor, very clean and safe.

Honestly, I found nothing to dislike, criticize, or suggest improvements upon. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were very nice and the room was very clean! The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The hotel is also very modern and it is very close to the train/bus station.

It can be a bit noisy for some people, for me it wasn't a problem and the hotel also provides free earplugs. The breakfast may benefit from a wider variety however it is still very good.

Exceptionally clean hotel and everything is of high quality. Nothing to fault and everything works perfectly. Staff are all courteous and very professional. Breakfast/dining room is smart and food is fresh and natural. Great choice of hot or cold food at breakfast. One of the best city hotels I have stayed in.

Sadly the local works company is digging up the road and pavements outside so the attractive entrance is affected by noise and temporary surfaces. It's a temporary issue and does not affect my view of the hotel and is still very quiet once inside.

The location is very convenient near the main train station, plus close to bus and tram stops. There is a lot of construction on the road outside the hotel, but it was not a problem. Our room was a good size, not huge, but good open closet/storage space. The bed was comfortable with really good pillows! The bathroom had a really big shower, small sink, but overall nice. Plenty of outlets/plugs, good mirrors, a long desk. We didn't do the breakfast, so can't speak to that. Nor did we go to the rooftop bar. While the lobby/reception area is small it's welcoming and new, just like the rooms. Everything was clean and new and modern. The staff was super helpful and nice. We would happily stay here again.

I had a very good stay at Kazakiwi for 3 nights. Close to the train station, public transport and other amenities. Modern facilities, very good breakfast (at least for me). Good coffee at breakfast, Nespresso machine was available in the room. Very good wifi connection.

I did not like a few things about Kazakiwi. 1) The very small WC room. There was not really a place for the personal belongings in the bathroom. 2) I used the two cups available in the room for tea/coffee. These were never replaced with clean ones and they did not add fresh capsules during my entire stay. 3) There was an impressively large working surface in the room. However, there is no electricity plug within 2 m proximity from the desk and cables of modern devices are not long enough. 4) Last and more important. I have stayed in lots of other hotels and all of them apply policies about check in times. Insisting in not providing the room before 3 pm because this is the policy and even if the room is ready does not sound reasonable to me, and even if I asked it from 12 noon.

The room was spotlessly clean and being on the top floor was nice and quiet. The bed was super comfy and the water and coffee maker were a nice touch. There was a good selection of items at breakfast and the yogurt was delicious.All staff were polite and helpful.

I arrived late in the evening and had to go to three doors before I could get in, some better signage would be useful. The room was small which wasn’t too bad but the sloping roof meant I was only able to use one side of the bed. Every time I had a shower, water leaked out onto the floor.
