This hotel was located within walking distance to the train station and public transportation, which was great! Also, the rooms were a nice size for Europe. The staff were friendly and helpful as well. They got us a cab the morning we were leaving, and everything worked out well.

The hotel is located above a store which is odd and you needed to take an elevator up to the lobby. The good thing was that there was a security guard located at the elevator, sometimes at night. Also, there was no real air circulation in the room, and it was very hot in the room. The shower head was very weak but the bathroom was a good size and it did have good storage.

I stayed for a 2 night break on the Saturday and Sunday, our room was spacious and modern with everything we needed. Breakfast was included in our room rate and was decent enough to set you up for the day ahead, they have some hot food options as well and fruit, pastries and cereal. I found all of the staff that I encountered to be very helpful and friendly, the check in /check out process was seamless. The location was ideal as it is only a short walk to the train station and with free public transport in Luxembourg you really do not have a problem getting from A to B. I would happily stay here again.

I did not experience any issues

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Location was perfect.

At checkout, the hotel lost the virtual credit card that I used to book the room using the TripActions tool. The hotel threatened to charge my bill to my personal credit card if I couldn't provide a company CC by noon. I had to contact the finance dept at my company to provide a new CC. This was frustrating and waste of time.

- The hotel is quite central and super close to main station. - It had very nice bar and sitting area at the entrance. - The room was very airy and well-decorated, also was very clean. - The staff was friendly and welcoming. Check-in&out were pretty smooth. - The fitness room had everything I needed and proved useful. - For a practical stay to visit Luxemburg for leisure or work, I'd highly recommend this hotel.

- Wi-Fi was unstable most of the time. Couldn't make a video conference in my room. - Although it was spotless clean, the bathroom had a kind of damp smell when we first entered the room. But it quickly went away after we ventilated it for a while. - The building noise in the city was quite disturbing in the morning, although there is nothing the hotel can do for this.

Staff were exceptionally helpful and the buffet breakfast was very good

Location - Finding the hotel by car was very difficult. Forget a sat nav it takes you down no entry streets . The hotel do have a small map on their website but this should be shared via booking.com Hotel is located near the train station and has gatherings of drunks on the street close by the hotel after dark. It can be a little intimidating if returning to the hotel after dark, no incident to report but be aware.

Breakfast has a very nice view over the main boulevard. It is also a very safe hotel - you have to ring to get in after 9 pm. Location is absolutely PERFECT - close to railway station, right next to airport bus, good connections by tram/bus, 10 min walk to the Xmas market and city centre, shops all around. Rooms have been refurbished recently and are very comfortable, large, good quality, quiet, modern. Staff very friendly and knowleadgeable.

everything was perfect!

Perfect hotel for a late train arrival as it is only about 5 minutes’ walk from the station. Rooms are average sized but for tourists who spend most of the day outside, they work fine. And the showers are rather large. Nice breakfast buffet. Cool decor throughout the hotel.

The check-in staff wasn’t too friendly or welcoming to answer questions but the breakfast and check-out people were very good. The hotel is a bit on the pricey side.

great hotel for a business trip with private parking and charging pole for e-car. in my case this is an important element. Staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast is very good. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfy, what else do you need ;)

since i am used to the fact that the entrance is by a lift inbetween the shops, nothing to mention here, first time for me this was very strange and a bit difficult to find the hotel.

Clean, modern hotel. Good breakfast and helpful staff .Parking place was a huge + for us, and the price of 25 euros is not even much when you think that you travel with car in such big city. They even let us keep the car in parking spot, after we checked out , because we was living the town in the afternoon. Thanks for that!

No refrigerator in the room.

Very well located close to the main railway station and to bus and tram stop. Confortable and clean rooms. The staff is friendly. Controlled entrance at late evening and night, which is good seen the vicinity of the main railway station.

They have a few cardio machines and dumbells in the gym room. The equipment is very limited and no machines available for muscular workout at all.
