I liked the proximity of the hotel to the tram line. This was very handy. The staff were all very polite, friendly and helpful. The staff were very accommodating and spoke English.

The breakfast options were very limited - there was no warm breakfast options other than toast or pancakes. Also, housekeeping seems to be done very late in the day. I went back to my room to have a rest later one afternoon to find housekeeping were just in my room so I had to wait outside for her to finish.

Lovely hotel, friendly helpful staff, very clean and centrally located, right down from central tram/bus stop also so was very easy to go anywhere from here. Room was small but had everything we needed so was very comfortable. Great value for money. We arrived early off our flight and the room was ready so this was a big bonus as we didnt have to wait around half the day to check in! Didn't have breakfast but looked like standard continental breakfast and breakfast room was spotless.

Only downside we found was the Street it's on was a little bit dodgy at night but in saying that we still had no issues at all walking up and down it at all hours!

The hotel is very nice, clean, has new furniture, the breakfast was good, the shower had pressure. The staff was also very nice and helpful. Also, the location is great - just 2 min walking distance to the Gare Centrale, which is also a big bus and tram stop. Although the hotel is located on a street with some night clubs and homeless people, we never heard any noise and no one talked to us. The room was small but they did such a great job using the space they had to furnish and place everything.

Breakfast could have some warm options as there weren’t any. Also in the last day our towels were not changed.

The room was comfortable and clean, providing a decent level of comfort for a standard accommodation. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. While the amenities were basic, they met my needs adequately. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation. Overall, it was a regular stay that met my expectations for a budget-friendly accommodation option. I would consider returning for future visits.

I have nothing to complain about regarding my recent stay. Everything at the Ibis Hotel was spot on - from the comfortable room to the friendly and efficient staff. The amenities and location were just what I needed. It was a seamless experience, and I would gladly return on my next trip.

The appearance of the hotel as sheep themes was amazing, the staff was kind and friendly, clean rooms , in the centre, good breakfast , big room .

The location was good in the centre but the surrounding areas are not comfortable, some nights clubs and restaurants, supermarkets, gyms, etc. noise at night from people and police cars. No scramble eggs 🍳😔 Bathroom kind of small 🙃 The lift 🛗 was under maintenance

The hotel is next to the station and next to the main tram line(T1). The room was excellent, small but cozy with all the comforts that you can get in that price. Very satisfied with the building, the room, the personnel and the food.

The hotel is in a alley that has a lot of weird of faces on the street, trying to sell you all illegal stuff while you pass. Felt a little insecure at night. Had to do a circle and not use the alley, to return to the hotel in the afternoon.

The room was pretty nice, compact and good. The elevator was broken, it was tough to carry our luggages 4 floors up, however they offered help which was good. Moreover, they had informed that the elevator was under maintenance, so that's always good to know before.

Everything was okay, the price was a bit too high.

I was impressed with the hotel, as though they are refurbishing at the moment, this didn't hinder us at all, wouldn't notice they are working as they were doing it in a very professional manner.

The private parking was expensive to use and not so comfortable as it is small and narrow,but since between 6pm to 8am the street parking is free, didn't effect us a lot as we always found parking outside and during the day we drove outside the city.

The breakfast was simple but wonderful! The Staff are super happy people who seem to love what they do. And the room was super clean. I should surely mention the senior lady who was taking care of the rooms; she played a great role in keeping it HOMELY.

Well, in the hotel? There is nothing that I dislike. Anyway, if they had a small book corner, I would have contributed to that with pleasure. It is such a nice place.

We had a great one night stay at this property. We could enjoy coffee anytime of the day from the coffee machine in the breakfast area. The rooms very clean and the beds were comfortable as well with a decent sized window for air ventilation. The breakfast had so many different options and each item was so delicious. It was 5 mins walk from the central station Gare.

The toilet in the room was constructed in a way that you had to sit a bit cramped up to use it, but it was a small hassle. Not too big of trouble.
