Normally I do not make evaluations but the specific accommodation it really deserves it and just worth 3 minutes of my personal time. Spotless clean, very fast internet connection , located in a very good area with perfect view of the city and pretty fair/ decent breakfast. The place that they serve the breakfast is wonderful with very good decoration and perfect view of the city. The staff is there 24/7, very polite and always there to solve any problem. Especially the guy in the reception with the Croatian first name ( Davor I think was his name) had an excellent behaviour. Well done Davor! Highly recommended!

This hotel was routinely brilliant. Everything, and I mean everything was exceptional. The room, the view, the staff and the amenities were all 5-star level! Special thanks to Bobi at Skybar and Martin at Reception. Fantastic assets for a brilliant and innovative hotel!

One of the best hotels I have been to in Skopje. The entire hotel is well designed and the staff is very polite. Highly recommended to visit the Sky Bar at the hotel, food and drinks were excellent.

The only thing that I would mention is the SPA (nothing bad, just a note for other travellers). Only the Finnish sauna was working, and other facilities (jacuzzi) were not in function. However, the receptionist mentioned that they are waiting for a part for the jacuzzi. The SPA is a bit small, but the other things I have mentioned compensate for this. This really didn't bother us, but I wanted to mention it in case someone is expecting bigger SPA facilities.

This is wonderful hotel with amazing view. My room was very good, modern, everything worked. Breakfast in Sky bar was nice also, fantastic views. If you come here you need to visit Sky bar . Good , quiet hotel with friendly staff and interesting design. But this is not spa-hotel 😅

Spa is not good, it’s no spa at all. They have only fitness and one sauna without pool without jacuzzi 🥺 I was so disappointed . Location is little bit far away from central, around 30 minutes walk. No free coffee or tea in room only water .

Beautiful view from SkyBar (beware of high prices compared to the rest of Skopje), friendly English-speaking staff, clean room, comfy beds, good shower.

The room felt "crowded" with unnecessary furniture items, for example, too little space between the bed and the TV set. With the windows open the traffic noise was quite audible. The bathroom sometimes smelled like sewage. The breakfast was more like a 3 star hotel breakfast. Sadly, the spa consisted of one small Finnish sauna and an empty jacuzzi,

The view from the restaurant was amazing! It was very clean and the staff was always ready to come to our help. The room was very comfortable and it felt like it lacked nothing. I’m very satisfied!

The only thing that was a problem, I already gave feedback for. I asked for a new bed sheet during the night and the receptionist couldn’t help us, because he didn’t have the key to the laundry room. I’m sad I couldn’t make it to the sauna and the fitness room, but it was because of us not being able to go, not because it wasn’t put on our disposition. I hope I get to enjoy it next time! :)

Fabulous hotel in a quiet location. There was parking underground for our car, the room was spacious and the beds comfortable. The room had a huge bathroom with a walk-in shower and great water pressure. The best part of the hotel however was the Sky Bar. Not only a bar, but an excellent restaurant with gorgeous views over the city and to the mountains in the distance. We enjoyed a fabulous dinner there, but even if you don't go for dinner, you can still take in the views as breakfast is served there as well.

The location might be far to walk to the downtown sites. However, we were only there for 1 night and didn't have time for sightseeing, so the location was perfect for us.

On arrival at this stunning designer hotel, we decided we wanted a very spacious room as we both needed to work in the evening and had a lot of luggage. The manager, reception staff and one of the Directors could not have been more helpful, polite and understanding. After a short discussion and despite limited room availability we were offered a suite - for a reasonable surcharge. A parking space had also been reserved for us in the underground car park which was a very nice touch. This hotel room was absolutely spectacular being spacious, beautifully designed and with the best views in Skopje. The private terrace was so fantastic - we were relcutant to leave the room to go sightseeing. Every aspect of this hotel is premium quality luxury - truly a wonderful experience all-round. After reading mixed reviews about the local restaurants we decided to eat in the hotel skybar which also offered guests a 20% discount. The service here and the quality of food was 5 star! Photos below include a tuna tartare, scallop starter dish and shrimp risotto - WOW! A fantastic menu for both food and wine. The restaurant also featured spectacular panoramic views with full size electric windows - which were opened up a little later in the evening - a wonderful warm breeze flowing in - just sensational. Make sure you book this restaurant as it is clearly the best in the city and was very busy. A fantastic, cosmopolitan atmosphere throughout. There is an additional restaurant downstairs but if you want the views - the skybar is the place to eat. Breakfast is also served here and is exceptional. The spa facilites were also incredible. BE AWARE - this very special room (SUITE) is NOT advertised on the website - so if you want to book it you should ask for ROSIE'S ROOM! And finally, don't waste your time looking at other hotels, we researched many of them and also visited them to check. Without any doubt - this one is the best. Hotel is quite in good condition with nice rooms, breakfast at top of the building and parking space inside or outside. Staff is friendly and helpful, next time i would like to check sauna and fitness as well.

I said that probably i will stay 1 more day on the first day, day before it wasn’t possible because they were full the next day, so i needed to find new hotel. i also would appreciate more if they asked for coffee when you arrive in dinning room, i was there 3 days and every day i needed to go to the bar to order coffee. Previous stay waiter was asking if i want coffee and now it seemed as i am bothering.

Everything was really perfect at this hotel. The receptionist was very helpful and kind, you have that feeling that their goal is to make sure you will feel amazing while your stay. The rooms are modern, stylish and cozy, the bathroom is also nice and everything is sparkly clean. You get 20 percent discount as a guest in the hotel's Panorama restaurant. There you have a really nice view of the city. In the spa area you can use the fitness center and the Finnish sauna, the jakuzzi is not allowed due to the covid-measures as of August 2022. All in all, a splendid experience.

There were no problems at all, so I can't put in anything as a minus.
