Large suite with lots of space. Friendly and helpful staff. Accommodations were clean and comfortable, especially the bed. Good facilities such as an infinity pool with see-through bottom on on end sitting 14 floors high and a good workout gym. There was also a water purification unit with hot and cold water to refill your water bottles.

At night there is entertainment music playing behind the building from a night-club restaurant that lasts from sun down to about 12 midnight every night, which can be bothersome, as it is heard through the rooms even at high floors.

The room is spacious and suitable for small family like mine. Bed and pillows are really cosy. Location is ideal. Near to all eateries and tourist spots. Enjoyed our 4 days stay there. Our parking guide cum concierge En. Neezam and two other gentlement were very helpful and friendly.

The coffee maker didnt work. The room tv froze after switching on. Hotel technician arrived immediately after notifiying front desk. Superb service. Wall paper under the curtain in the living room was badly torn. All minor issues.

the automated carpark is troublesome. I had to wait for about 20 mins to park my car as one of the doors were stuck. when I collected my car during check out, my alarm was activated. I suspected that the alarm was activated throughout the night and nobody was aware. luckily the battery was still functioning for me to travel home. it was also troublesome when going out as I need to go to the lobby to validate my card, then to the auto pay machine and then to the automated carpark gate to scan before I could get my car.

Great location, you can tell hotel is newly refurbished and the lobby is truly beautiful. The rooms are like in pictures and spacious with strong wifi, strong shower and great aircon. Front desk is very helpful and friendly. Nice touch with the welcome drink on arrival.

Unfortunately as some other comments mentioned the bed sheets were stained but once addressed - it was fixed and management apologised. Overall I think the housekeeping needs a bit more monitoring.

Lounge sofa uncomfortable, room service misses cleaning up in kitchen, tight front venue frontage made worse by parking on both sides makes car drop/pickup annoyingly inconvenient, 500rm security deposit is unnecessarily inconvenient.

the suites and bed is big enough for 3 of us. the parking lot is awesome just like in Tokyo drift movie. The location is just very strategic. Many food courts and restaurant available near by.

1. The room smells awkward. 2. The toilet floor dirty(found moss at toilet floor corner) 3. The room is bit noisy with some machine sound (maybe elevator sound) 4. Shall improve in soft-skills of the receptionist as he telling my room is not ready(without checking with housekeeping). However i ask him when the room will be ready, then only he call housekeeping. 5. 1 of the staff at parking need to learn how to talk with guest in a good manners. ( keep telling my family to get off from the car a few times as we dont understand the procedure. I am travelling with 2 years old child and he should understand my situation)

The location is very good, next to the Komtar and many vegetarian foods in the walking distance (5-15 min.). The room space is very large compare to the similar price hotel in the nearby area.

The room is a bit old but still very clean. I went in mid Aug 2022. The staff told me the new building will be complete in Sep 2022. So there will be newer room in the future.

the rooms were nice, spacious and clean. Service from hotel staff was good. Has a very cool parking system that’s automated. only stayed for one night but had no issues with noise.

The hotel was located at a very convenient location and the rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Noise insulation was abit poor especially from the hallways. we could hear anyone that walked by.

I saw this hotel on instagram advertising it's pool with the "glass bottom" so decided to book it for our trip. We stayed in the Baroque Suite on the 12th floor. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we could tell it was going to be an awesome stay 🙂 There was a big group checking in in front of us and one of the staff came over and told us to take a seat and he would come get us when they could check us in. He kept us updated on the progress and asked if we wanted a drink while we waited. He took our bags and placed them on the trolley then accompanied us up to our room with our bags as soon as we checked in. Once in the room, he explained how the aircons, TV remotes and coffee machine worked and put our bags where we wanted them. There was even a little welcome basket with some of the local coffee, nutmeg juice and biscuits. The toiletries and free coffee and tea were replenished daily when the room was made up. There was a machine in the corridor near our room where you could refill your nutmeg juice too. The room even had a microwave! There was a pillow menu and the bed was so comfortable. It really was luxurious! The pool area was staffed by a friendly young man who ensured we had fresh towels when we got out of the pool. They even have googles you can borrow to look through the bottom of the pool with. The hotel is centrally located across from Prangin Mall, Komtar, Top and the bus station.

My only criticism would be the shower, which took ages to heat up no matter the time of day or night.. Most of the stay at the hotel, we had cold showers and closed both bathroom doors during the day so that it wasn't so cold getting out of the shower.
