1. It is very convenience place. 2. 10min walking distance to Komtar and 1st Avenue 3. Food nearby, food stall too, night liveband. 4. The room service is good. Your room is clean everyday. Overall it is nice stay. Thanks.

1.The water turn hot and cold suddenly, you have to adjust few times during bath. 2. The shower head is fix, not so convenience if you want to waste your body/legs 3. The room is dark, is good if can install brighter light. 4. The door lock is almost spoil, u have to open carefully/few times.

Room was spacious, fit for a small family like us. The location close to supermarket and eatery, not quite in the middle but very close to get everything you need.

The hotel should put more lights in the room. I think its too dark in the evening. For us, the lighting was poor, we're hard to read or find things inside the room since the lighting was too dark.

The aircond could not be adjusted to allow bed nearest to the vent to feel the aircond. Bed farthest ie near the window get the aircond. Hence, we were sleeping on the nearest bed and were sweating at night.

Hotel and parking not using same lift

Location in the centre of Georgetown is excellent to experience the life in the city. All the restaurants, bars and eating places are within walking distance. Shopping malls are also not that far away. The room is of good size and clean. Probably could do with some touching up and pointing due to the age of the building. Cannot comment on breakfast as we prefer to eat out as there are such a big variety of food in the vicinity.

The receptionist and supervisor were confused with our online deal, which included the tourist tax. We were nearly double-charged for the taxes. In a city like this, constant noises from the building construction and traffic are unavoidable.

We loved the Family Room, it was really spacious. The location is fantastic and you can walk everywhere. There are beautiful cafes just outside the door. The security man is SO friendly and has a great smile! Breakfast was tasty and had pretty good variety, including an egg station. The pool is clean and refreshing. We ended up booking two extra nights here because we were enjoying Penang so much!

Some (although not all) of the reception staff make you feel like you’re a bother. Could use some minor repairs. Our biggest problem: the shower sprays onto the tiles and floods the bathroom! We tried to stop this with bath towels but they get sopping wet which made the bathroom unpleasant.

the location is superb for us .. this is the second time we stay at Neo+ Penang .. the location is close to supermarket, food and public transport

the first time i stayed here was last April, at first the sink was clogged so we ask to change the room .. this time, we can't enter the room because the key was broken and after the technician came to fix it, turns out it needs battery replacement .. all the staff and technician are ok for me, what i want to say is, Neo+ could improve their maintenance by doing regular check on their rooms and facilties to avoid things like this .. also, i think it would be nice if Neo+ could add more lighting to the rooms so elderly people could feel more comfortable and maybe laundry (coin) machine

I recently stayed at Hotel Neo+ Penang with my family and we had a great experience. The hotel is located in the heart of Georgetown, just a short walk from many of the city's attractions. We booked our rooms online and check-in was quick and easy. We were given connecting rooms, which were large and clean. The rooms had a modern design and were equipped with everything we needed, including a TV, air conditioning, and a minibar. We stayed on the 23rd floor with sea views, which were amazing. The hotel also has a rooftop pool with stunning views of the city. We enjoyed spending time at the pool, as well as exploring the surrounding area. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They were always happy to answer our questions and make recommendations for restaurants and things to do.

Bathroom is old and requires refurbishment.

This is my second stay at Neo+ Hotel and loved it just as much as the first time. The location of the hotel is quite close to central Georgetown. It makes walking to a bunch of places around for our meals super easy. 1st Avenue mall is only about 5-10 mins walk away, and the old bus station right in front of the hotel is a hidden gem for art shows every weekend, and small independent stores. The staff is also very friendly and efficient with their service. Parking can be validated for free with the hotel, and your room card can also be used to tap in and out easily when going around by car. All the amenities of the room are excellent and they have a Coway water cooler on every floor for guests to fill up with water. Love the step in being more eco-friendly! All power sockets worked fine with any kind of plug connection, UK/US/JP/etc. and all lights were working as intended!

I would like to point out is the minor stains in the toilet. But it's nothing too big, as its usually just in the understandably hard to reach spots. Everything else was very clean! Other than that, this time we stayed here, the piping of the room next door was quite loud every time they opened the tap. But it was generally okay as it wasn't running 24/7. Just something to look into!

Location and parking.

The is a bar or pub I don’t know it’s a bit loud at night can hear untill my room, the room also a bit smelly. I’m asking for extra pillow but didn’t get it until check out.
