We had to phoned the appart as we were stuck in the traffic coming from KL, we had an eight hour journey, with a transit and lunch at Ipoh. They send someone to welcome us and have the check-in procedures, this guy was really professional, his name is Firman, he comes from Penang. He has a good follow up during our stay and was always eager to help, really appreciate his devotion to his work. Once we had climbed the stairs, we were quite impressed by the apartment. It was so clean and well maintained, the aircon working perfectly. The apart was ready when we arrived , did not have to wait. A spacious living room, with a table and chairs for all of our six members. Sofas and a nice TV set, with Netflix..... we could watch music video on Youtube. The kitchen has all the required necessities, a large refrigerator, washing machine with dryer which surprised us by its quality. Facilities for cooking available.. The rooms were also very clean, with large beds and clean linen. The bathrooms were also clean and really well designed. The Location is ok, quite near to various attractions, but it was sad to note that the shopping malls have been hit by the COVID, there was many shops closed and the maintenance also has suffered. Apart for 1st Avenue, the other malls were quite deceptive. Another plus side of the location is the presence of a covenience shop, offering quite a large variety of goods, even alcohol products, just 10 (ten) mts from the apart and below (at ground floor level) you have to eat at the Shusis hotel and the different Mamak ( selling local foods, so delicious). There are so many places for foods at any time of the day and I felt secured for my family. The best place for shopping is by far at Gurney, yes it is at a higher level, even for the night markets. Concerning transport I must say that it is so easy to use Grab. Bus also is ok. Overall the apart ( 3 bedrooms ) was a very good choice for my first visit in Penang. I look forward for my next visit.

The apart itself is very good, but there is a need to improve its look from outside, mainly at ground level some work is needed to give a better look to the entrance of the different apartments. I would also suggest that the management have a look at the floor, near the sink in the kitchen, which is a bit damaged. Its not so serious , but it must be repaired before it worsen. Some more lights at the entrance of the apart would also be welcomed. But overall, I maintain this is a very good apartment for a large family. .

We liked that there were three bedrooms and two toilets with shower facilities and a kitchenette complete with washer dryer and a large dining table. We had 3 adults and 2 kids and important to us. It is located at the busy junction and close to supermarkets, shopping, and dining options. They have internet TV with paid tv subscriptions.

There were many ants at the kitchenette and we had to always clear the rubbish ourselves. Some of the floorboards were creaky as it is at the second level of a shophouse unit and some popped up floorboards might need some maintenance as they pose a hazard to toddlers. This unit is located at the second storey of a shophouse and there are no lifts. The flight of stairs up to the unit can be a long one and it would be useful to have a child safe lock.

Perfect stay for group of friends or family. We had 3 big rooms. Spacious living area and kitchen. Toilet was clean enough. The best was the location. Opposite to Komtar and 1st Avenue with convenience store nearby. Walking distance to some of the famous food spots. For other places, you might need to take grab/ taxi, but still, no complaints with the location.

Excellent city location. Saw the Chingay Parade right outside our window. The facility is very spacious with natural light coming in at the middle.

Long flight of steps with no lift makes it difficult for an elderly customer. No places for guest to park. Traffic outside the hotel is heavy so pick-ups and drop-offs are very difficult.

just be adventurous and try food at the coffee shops nearby. a mall nearby is very convenient. this location is walkable to many tourist attraction. Best for people who likes to explore georgetown. many surprises. My children love the space in the apartment.

Everything! Despite the stairs, I actually really like that I can walk straight down to street level. And surprisingly my toddlers were naturally wary of the stairs and kept a big berth from it. Location is great and near eateries.

Nothing much, except it'll probably be more environmentally friendly to use liquid hand soap instead of bar soap.

The bedrooms are huge, clean and very comfortable to live in. They provided everything in the house, stoves hubs, washing machine, dryer, fridge, microwave. My overall stay with my family was very homey especially for my toddler. She loves to run in the house too.

No parking space, but we were lucky enough to find parking space everytime we would return to the room.

Top notch place! Spacious apartment with great facilities. Middle of city and next to KOMTAR. Highly recommended for family stay or group of 8 person. Worth it! Oh yes, shout out to the hotel crew; they are super helpful and awesome to make your stay great🤟

Parking spot not that problem actually cause we spent most of day explore Georgetown area. For parking tips near hotel, back to hotel after 5.00 p.m.

The location is strategic. The apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated with practicality in mind. The beds are comfortable. There are two well-pressured shower heads and the bathroom has high ceiling and well-ventilated.

Its good strategy also has a bit of downside because it’s located at a big traffic junction. Road traffic and pedestrians noises can be heard but it didn’t bother us much after the first day.

Good amenities, clean, good location.

Slight stain and faults. For e.g. tap in the second bathroom was shaky and shower tap was broken.
