Very nice front desk manager. Kelvin is very professional, knowledgeable, kind and helpful. One of the best I met so far. Comfortable bed & pillow. Walking distance to many tourist attractions & food & malls & Komtar. Provided water bottle and kettle in the room. Also hot & cold water dispenser near reception.

NO WINDOW & room on second floor without lift. But Kelvin helped with my luggage, both during check in & out. Even though room without window, but the high ceiling and room design help to make my stay comfortable.

The location is fabulous, shopping centers and more importantly, coffee, just across the road. The main reception person, Kelvin, made our stay an absolute pleasure, and we stayed longer because of him. Very helpful and friendly. The super king bed was really comfortable. The room is very quiet from noises outside the property, so did not get woken from the Mosque' call to prayers. Free purified water in reception that was healthy to drink. TV has YouTube built in so can search free YouTube movies and keep up to date with news back home. Clean white sheets and towels.

The stairs to the loft are steep and need a nightlight so you can navigate them in the night to the bathroom below. I unfortunately used Celcom, and my phone got no signal / data inside the room, but could get in reception. Apparently other providers get a week to usable signal in the room. Maybe the property can install a signal booster for guests. Otherwise your best bet is sit in reception or the coffee shop across the road. Small price to pay for a quiet night sleep.

I forgot to ask the receptionist name, but he is a gentleman! Very kind and helped us out with our luggage. Anyway regarding the proporty, eventhough the space is small but didn’t feel claustrophobic because of the loft design and there are windows to airwell that gave natural light ventilation. AProps to the architect 👏 And for the bathroom, it’s small but just right. Don’t even let me start on the water pressure and overhead shower - Absolutely amazing! Overall, it is definitely a comfortable place to stay, very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Appreciate that they maintained the contemporary traditional design.

The design and layout of the room was very cool! The room was very clean and modern. Bed and towels also very clean. Very nice hot rain shower, best shower of our holiday. AC and WiFi worked very well. Bed was very comfy. Drinking water and coffee provided.

At night you could hear the beats from the bars nextdoor. It didn't really bothered us because we were at ground floor, in the middle of the building, so we were more or less protected by the concrete walls. We could hear other guests taking a shower, it sounded like they are just next to your bed. And the running water from the toilet/showers in the pipes were very loud in the room. The sound is not continuous, but it just woke us up sometimes.

Very clean and well-equipped room. It was located near the Komtar bus terminal. Not only was it convenient to take a bus, but there were supermarkets and many places to eat in the area. It's not that close to the ferry terminal, but it's within walking distance. The staff was polite and friendly.

If there was a place to put small items (glasses, a phone, a watch, etc.) by the bed, it would be great.

Staff were very helpful with all the local tips, ordered transport, updated on the weather and let me know about the possible noise from the new club that had opened up. WiFi very good. Umbrellas to use (they were needed). I also loved the plants and the tiles! Lots of character. Massive bed! They arranged early check in for me as well!

Would have liked to know there was no window in the room.

The staff were really kind and the lobby area was really nice. Everything was very clean. There is a water dispenser in the lobby, which is really good too! Location is quite good. Mostly everything walkable from there.

Room was a little dark.

Location is convenient. Short walk to street food. Mall is right across the road. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

The bedside lights was installed at a rather inaccessible location. Had to use my slipper to switch on & off the lights. Highlighted to staff and was told that the realised the flaw and relocation will be done soon.👍

conveniently located across 1st. Avenue mall. it’s modern clean and comfortable. the value is great and the staff helpful and friendly!

other reviews of the noise from nearby bar is valid but I found it of low volume and was not a concern for myself.

Friendly and helpful front desk staff Missed a few spots when it comes to cleanliness Room is clean but the dustbin are full the time we’re check in . Good location, small but affordable room..

Sound proof is not very good, can hear the music sound from nearby club until 3AM , then I can sleep & no parking provided
