New room new bedsheet, air con and car park. I would said this is best for TOURSIST hotel as it is city centre with many Muslim/halal food store nearby. For non halal food you will need to RUN ACROSS the street to opposite Jen hotel and walk another 10 minutes for Chinese food. There is another Chinese coffee shop selling local laksa at the left hand side of ST. Wimbley main entrance (Very old Chinese coffee Shop and shop name NEW LIFE which is very cheap and taste good). (Cititel Express used St WImbley main lobby for checking in service as well as car park entrance. Basically the main entrance of Cititel Express is closed). For Muslim brothers & sisters- walking distance you will get many halal mamak store nearby- 5 minutes walking left or right. Big shopping centre Komtar is just opposite but need to RUN across the street or walk far away for proper walking path with traffic light. Good choice

room too tight, if seating on chair with PC, cannot pass through, should have another two foot wider space. always will fell down because of the chair. working table very small. INTERNET is very poor and break off almost every minutes sometimes.

Great location, walking distance to lots of popular food spots and cafes. Staff were attentive, friendly, and quick to respond to needs. Rooms were clean and comfy even though there were signs of age (ripped curtain or carpet corners).

The walls are a bit thin, so you'll hear guests from neighbouring rooms or housekeeping, if they're in the corridor.

The location of the hotel is spot on. My room have a seaview which is nice. Staff is efficient, friendly and accommodating. Plenty of hotel parking space which is great because this is in the heart of Georgetown where parking space is scarce.

Late night, some guests like to chat at hotel corridor which is loud and disturbing my sleeping.

Good location. One of the staff Bethany Koo was very helpful and kind. She made our stay very pleasant and comfortable. We appreciate and thank her.

Was allocated with a room next to the air-con system. The noise generated by the air-con system outside was very noisy. Room was eventually.changed.

Comfortable location within town area. Although small room size but still comfortable.

Room size kind of narrow The parking system need to change to a better one, as when the ticket given for entry and leaving cannot be read and need to wait for assistance which will create unnecessary jam. Luckily there is a 2nd entry.

Location is good. Heart of Georgetown. With Komtar nearby. Beds are good and comfortable. Good toilets and bath.

Can hear the noise from the open air bar. Don't have own receptions, own restaurants, bars. Lot of areas were closed. The security/standby staffs don't speak well in malay or English

Room size is very small and they had musty smell when we came in. Bottled water provided only by request. Should be more power outlets in the room. They never responded on messages I sent. Guests must check-in at Wembley hotel, this should have been clearly stated when making a booking.

Big shower in the bathroom!! Location is convenient for walking distance to some places.

Their bedsheets are not as clean as it is supposed to be. (I think so). Unfortunately, their reception are temporarily closed, we have to check in amd out at another entrance.

not under the supervision of cititel express but under the supervision of the wembley hotel..have to deal with wembley staff when you came to check in cititel express..other than that, room and rate are affordable price
