Manage the un-seem circustance due to claimed not received enough order

Lots of parking spots. My chalet got two rooms with two queen bed. dont know about other chalet. Near keropok stalls in Cherating.

A bit hot to my liking, only 1 a/c for the whole chalet. Cannot use wifi. Got password but cant connect, too lazy to go back to the reception.

easy access from the highway. very near to so many eatery places and keropok stalls. quiet and peaceful. the chalet looks cute and nice with traditional house design. you can also park your car in front of the chalet so no worries. interior is sooo spacious. last minute booking so i could only get a room with double bed for us (a family with 4 small kids) but since the room is so spacious, we could use it to place a toto on the floor😄it’s also near to restoran nasi dagang tuan norlida which is sooo delicioussss👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻I’m not a fan of nasi dagang but hers is exceptional. it’s also soo very near to the breathtaking pantai chendor and pantai teluk mak nik.

.Nice location. A lot of shop around and the owner is so nice, she helped me with registration, coz there's another person with same my name.

. Àa a non Muslim, I like to try different food apart from malay food. So I had to drive to chukai town Around 10 minutes drive. Since it's festival Season All the shop ran out stocks for cooking as 7 pm. In the end i went for fast food.

Everything. Room is big & clean. The little detail they put make the room cosy & feel like home. Location is good.

We stay in room cempaka. At night there is some loud sound. It is due to vibration. Not sure if it from ac compressor or something

Beautiful, Comfortable, spacious, clean and cheap accommodation for family with young children. Very close to Pantai Chendor & easy to get local delicacies nearby

Can add mini bar, improve on the house keeping and interior design and some lawn mowing Shower head in the bathroom and the lights in the room need some fixings

Its super near to local attractions and eateries. The owner/ staffs is nice. The room gives you the feels of your hometown. Room was clean, spacious, basic needa fulfilled. Toilet was clean and heater work well. No problem with parking as you can park directly infront of your chalet.

Location very near to restaurant and food stalls that selling local product such as keropok lekor. Just a walking distance.

Facilities in the room a bit worn out such as broken ironboard & tv channel not working.

the location is very easy to find.i like overall the condition of the room.really happy with the service & price of the place.

nothing, the best & easy affair before, while & after the stay.

The location is perfect. Near the beach of Chendor.

It has no box of tissues. Aside from that, the chalet is wonderful.
