The condition of the pool is quite crowded because it is mixed with outsiders. The hotel should limit users from outside either according to a certain day or time. Those of us who stay at the hotel have to share the pool with outsiders who come in a lot and this situation makes it less comfortable when the pool is too crowded and there is no privacy for us who stay at the hotel. The pool also has an unmaintained section where my son was injured by a broken tile. For the room in good condition, clean and comfortable. Only the hotel needs to add more lights for lighting. Breakfast is ok but lacks choice and the menu is not many but worth the fee charged by the hotel. It's just that the hotel needs to improve the taste and diversify the breakfast menu.

What is not good is regarding the use of the pool which is too crowded with outside visitors and does not give any advantage to the hotel guests.

Swimming pool was amazing and very nice & breakfast was so delicious. Many variety of food there.

Facilities - the lift are not working so pls fix it & the playground are not safety, need to repair due to most of the item are damaged Room - lighting to dim and no air refreshener/spray in room - air conditioning not working and we move out into the next room in the midnight - the sink in the bathroom are not properly working & the pipe also stuck but still working

The resort's key attraction & unique selling point was - a) the 4 swimming pools suiting different guest b) the nemo camp c) the wide private beach & sea view d) the woodball fairways & course e) the well kept garden & playground A resort with all-in-one attraction. Staff were friendly, helpful & accomodative Parking ample. Resort location close to Balok Sentral and the many local eateries

The staff are very friendly.the checkin & checkout process was very smooth. My kids love the pool.

Its not that i dont like, its just off all the 3days i was there the lift was under maintainance. Its a bit sad to see 1 family has to carry their elder who was on wheelchair down the stairs.

the room is spacious..the pool is big n kids friendly..the buffet is good just nasi minyak is not delicious

The facilities in the room are sufficient. We enjoyed swimming in the swimming pool because it is big and there are some water play equipments at the kids pool. However, they need to be upgraded & repaired especially at the pool overflow drainage (cover broken/missing) and the pool missing tiles which are not being replaced. The beach are ok with ATV services nearby. The food menu has a lot of options and breakfast selection is average but tasty. Overall, a good stay for family with kids.

The air-cond in the room is quite noisy when it is on.

theme park was close for renovation the main reason i choose coz of the themepark ..they did email about the theme park but they email me on the day dat the resort already confirm n if i cancel the trip im worried they will charge me cozits already confirm..should email me earlier about the close theme park..Overall the resort is good but it will be more fun if the children can play on the them park.

waterpark under maintenance, noisy (sounds like people doing a wood work or fixing something) so annoying especially at 10am-12pm.

The breakfast was so good & nice 🥰. Pool - kids friendly it's ala-ala themepark...but its ok coz suit to the price. Nice beach.

Our room sink not properly work. But the water preasure was so good.
