Breakfast was great and a good variety. Rooms were very spacious and the bed was nice. The beach is a very nice place and the pools are great. The evening fire show was nice to watch. The staff in general was all very helpful and friendly.

The lack of parking ( why do we have to park outside in a unsecured place ) as it was vacation if you moved your car after 2 pm you would return to zero secured parking and have to stop outside. The Spa ( now running separately from the hotel ) has lost the plot again. Before my daughter and wife told go together all of a sudden they don’t allow kids. Outside showers have very poor water pressure / water. Ice cream sales very inconsistent when it comes to timing And that just made them loose money. In room dining has very little options and is VERY over priced. The steak served in the downstairs restaurant is really not a “good “ experience. It’s edible but by far not up to standard.

The property is conveniently situated in close proximity to my workplace. The aesthetically pleasing design and the presence of multiple swimming pools were greatly admired by my family. The family room was exceptionally impressive, featuring thoughtful design elements and individual rooms equipped with their own amenities.

On the second day of my stay, the electrical system in my room repeatedly malfunctioned, causing the power to trip. I promptly reported the issue to the hotel staff and requested a room change, which they subsequently provided.

It's a pleasure staying at this hotel, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive; my room was spotless and well-maintained. It was clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work. Nice location, hotel with pool,comfortable kids room (the lady staff was so kind), private beach with so much activities and not to forget the breakfast was good too. Overall this hotel offers a perfect blend of great service, a welcoming atmosphere, and pristine accommodations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I can’t wait to return!

The room was recently renovated hence it looks fresh & clean. The hotel’s location is only 20mins drive away from Kuantan town & the beach facing rooms are a huge plus. We also enjoyed the pool & spa facilities offered by the hotel. The fire show during the weekend was a good initiative by the hotel too. Staffs were helpful & friendly & they have a 24hr reception desk and received us with a friendly smile despite us arriving at almost midnight.

The breakfast buffet had a decent spread but taste-wise it can be improved further. Also, more can be done in terms of crowd control during breakfast time, seems quite chaotic especially during peak hours & long public holiday.

Check-in was hassle free and we were quickly in our room. The room was, clean and with everything we needed and appeared reasonably new. Nice Balcony and reasonable view from the side of the hotel including partially the sea and beach. The hotel had a good beach front and well appointed pool with Sun shades and loungers with decent mattresses. It appeared to cater seminars and company meeting as well as for parties of all-inclusive international guests who stayed a few days before departing by coach presumably as part of a tour.

The corridor was not carpeted and any sounds made echoed quite loudly along the length and consequently could be heard inside the room.

The hotel is newly refurbished and renovated. the pool was clean and quite large for both adult and kiddies pool. the beach is clean, and the staff is very helpful, cheerful and friendly.

As a parent with little kids, i really HATE AND DO NOT APPRECIATE THE ATV MOTOR BY THE BEACH. it was really dangerous and there was a few times me and my child almost got hit by them. they drive it so fast at the place where families and kids hanging out by the beach. please do something about this, it has spoiled the fun for anybody with young kids to enjoy the beautiful and peaceful beach.

The wonderful thing about this hotel is the service by it's staff, always smiling and ready to assist. The room which seem to be have been newly renovated, are great especially the sea facing one and more importantly, very clean. The food at the restaurant are a little pricy but taste good. I would like to mention the guy who is running the bar as he is not only genuinely friendly but very helpful too. The SPA is wonderful but it does show it's age and needs a renovation although I must say the masseurs are good. My wife and I had a good memorable stay and would recommend this place.

The SPA need a renovation and management should look at their food prices. Otherwise it's all good.

The staffs were great and polite, very helpful from all departments. Especially the call centre, they followed up on all your requests. We got a room at the ground floor, super easy access to the pool and to the beach, exactly what we needed!

The BBQ buffet and breakfast could be better. We decided to enjoy the bbq grill instead of driving out. Was informed that it starts at 7pm and the Chef only started grilling at 7pm, it was a long wait to experience the whole bbq buffet. The breakfast was chaotic since they had big groups in-house. Could have separated the group to dine at the ground floor and other guests to dine at the Coffee House. They were unable to control the crowd, maybe short of staffs. But the lady the counter was very good and still calm and friendly despite the chaotic breakfast situation. But just sharing these comments for improvement. We've been here 4 times and definitely will come back again! ♥️

My stay at Swiss Garden Beach Resort was exceptional! The room service was prompt and courteous, ensuring our comfort throughout. The concierge was incredibly helpful, offering great suggestions and making our stay stress-free. The kids club and kids pool were fantastic, keeping the little ones entertained and happy. We also loved the beach activities, which were fun! A perfect family getaway—highly recommended!

While we enjoyed our stay at Swiss Garden Resort, we felt that the kids' pool could be bigger to accommodate more children comfortably. Additionally, the parking area was a bit limited, and finding a spot was sometimes challenging. With these improvements, the resort would be even more enjoyable.

My room’s view was nice. The bed is comfy. Love the long sandy beach. The Swiss Care was very friendly and efficient. The hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. The tennis court was great. The gym was also interesting.

The pillow was fluffy but was a bit too high causing neck pain. The TV sometimes not accessible due to network distruption. The BBQ buffet dinner was a too costly to dine in with the whole family. The BBQ Buffet dinner menu should be upgrade up to the price charged ( should served real tenderloin, sirloin, no coleslaw, not much choices on the fruit juice. Breakfast should have more menu. The pastries ( croissants, waffles and danish roll ) during breakfast were hard. The pool water was a bit ‘polluted’ ( maybe due to high occupancy) . The cake that I have ordered in Swiss Deli had altered taste.
