This is a no-frills hotel, so you need to manage your expectations when you check in! All the staff are warm, friendly and have a cheerful disposition. Although there isn't a cafe on site, there are plenty of kopitiams, restaurants and fast food eateries nearby!

Private parking is NOT available at the hotel. However, there is paid public parking nearby the hotel which you pay using the coupon system from 8.30am to 6.00pm which is easily purchased from the 7 Eleven nearby. You don't want to be caught with a summons which is a hefty RM300.00!

parking is easy but you have to pay RM0.65 per hour which can be paid using tng eWallet. room is nice simple and comfortable for the 3 of us. Location is easy to get to and not in a crowded area. it has a lift, water pressure is high, room lighting is very good, security in and outside the hotel is good.

toilet looks clean but a little bit of urine smell at the toilet bowl. For Muslim you need to go about 3-6kms to find an eating place. for others, there are many Chinese restaurants that you go around or near the hotel.

Very High Quality Serta matress given Property condition looks well taken care as it looks brand new despite been few years in mkt.

The hotel is new n well maintained. I had asked for a change of rooms. I dd not realise tht i had booked a room without a window. Th receptionist n her friend quickly responded to my request. Parking was convenient. Its a 1 star hotel but wth a lot of pluses. ha ha... good job! Th hotel too ddnt have a crowd. So no long queues. Check out too was quick.

all's well. The electric kettle n air cond is a luxury. Yes... highly recommended for guests who want to have a simple but a clean no fuss hotel.

Location is good and spacious room. Many shops nearby the hotel. Easy to find foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner there.

Toilet floor and room's floor cleanliness need to be improve . When we stepped in to the room noticed that our feets were dirty. Luckily disposable shoes were provided.

the hotel location is near town and very easy for parking. also the staff is friendly and helpful.

the room is nice, just the floor a bit dirty like u can feel it gritty and dusty. maybe cleaning team have to mop the floor.

No free parking. It is a public car park so need to pay as usual. Also there is no guard at night to watch the car park. There's no cupboard in the room which is small.

The room is just nice for a budget hotel. Water pressure is good, aircond function well, towels are clean. Got to know from hotel staff that this hotel was established in 2017, but somehow the interior all still managed to look brand new.

Overall nothing major that i didn't like. Parking if weekdays need to pay with parking ticket by 9am, if not Majlis can saman. No refrigerator in the room.
