Located inside residential area which is quiet all the time. 100MBps wifi internet. Refill hot and cold water supply, the property relatively new. Got roof deck can chill out at night. Free parking onsite

No toilet paper provided. The room a bit small to fit two person with even just small hand carry luggage, small common area. The bed a bit old and too soft .

I was traveling from JB to KB and decided to find a hotel to stay for the night in Kuantan. I called first just to confirm if there’s a room available able. (another hotel in Kuantan was listed as available but calling them ahead I found out they were actually fully booked) I got a double bed room and everything was okay and I believed I got the value for my money. The area is in a neighborhood so everything was nice and quite which was exactly what I was looking for. The guy at the counter was friendly enough and the stay was quite good if you are looking to rest.

The cleanliness of the room is okay but I wouldn’t get my hopes (or standards) too high. When I checked out in the morning the guy at the counter was changing the sheets so I guess only two or three people are running the place so maybe cut them some slack.

Easy excess from the main road of Jalan Beserah. Aircond functioning well Lots of power points and hangers Parking area secure

Need to improve on the cleanliness because it's walkable with shoes inside the house so need to clean up daily. It can be better if the shoes/sandals not allow inside the house so it is more comfortable.

Love that this time my quadruple room has fridge. wasn't expecting that. so that is nice. the double bed was prepared as requested. thank you so much! my other room got upgraded from twin to triple room which is nice. as usual the air conditioning, Wifi (so fast), water heater are all functioning. the smart tv is functioning. the water dispenser are always finctioning. this time, there's variety of beverages and instant noodles available to buy at the lobby. our stay was smooth and comfortable

would love to have 3in1 satchets available for me to buy

I love the amount of plug socket we have in the room. there's plugs every corner which is sooo convenient for us who has 3 people that uses laptops and charging. the balcony has coway and mini oven. there's also plug socket there for mw to do work. the heater is adequate and the air-conditioning is good. most importantly the WIFI is superb! no hassle at all. the sky garden is also cute. the service given the staff was superb as well and manage to assist me throughout my stay effortlessly. thanks a lot.

unfortunately in my room there's a minor leakage due to heavy rain outside but it's not causing any difficulty at all as it is minor. that's all. other than that, I'm very very happy.

The stay was affordable and reasonable for a two night stay.. had facilities such as iron board, hair dryer and a common area to dine with family.. was a very good experience since it was raining we ordered pizza and sat at the baclony there to eat... But our stay was just two days before the horrible flood.. hence it was pouring heavily. During dawn when we woke up our room was filled with water.. my parents room there was water dripping causing bed to be wet . When we seek the staff early morning nobody was there and mentioned closed.. Not to condemn anyone it must have been awhole new experience for them as well.. but they cleaned our room by the time we returned from breakfast and gave a whole new room and shift all our things to a new room by the time we got back . Kudos to the prompt service.. i would choose it the next stay at Kuantan too.

Love the owner effort for providing this facilities. The toilet water pressure is amazing.

I like the location very quiet and not noisy. Others were excellent.

The door lock has some problems and the sink pipe at the corridor was not working.

Room was fine for my one night stay. Ac and overhead fan meant it was nice and cool. My room was lucky enough to have a small window. Could refill my drinking water outside of the room.

Toilet door couldn't close properly. Narrow corridor and stairs.

Lodging offered by Casa 96 Villa in a word is 'EXCEPTIONAL' - I paid budget hotel rate, but received 'a class above' service and facilities. Friendly staff, soft bed headboard lighting, coat hanger lining the wall, smart tv, a patio, on top of all the normal hotel amenities. Most important is that the room is super clean. The thing that blows me away is that the smart tv is hooked up to the cctv system.. I can view my parked car lying down on the bed!!! Highly recommended, down to earth priced lodging in Kuantan. Thank you very much mdm boss for the most comfortable stay ever!!
