The whole place smells so good! (lemongrass). The room layout fits two people with extra spaces for solat and ironing. The bathtub is to die for - it's deep and aesthetically pleasing. TV has Netflix and YouTube. They also have a restaurant and spa (in which I didn't give it a try). Have breakfast spot & burger stall nearby if you wanna eat outside. The location isn't in a busy area, so it's calmly silent during the night. It's ~10-15 minute drive to Bandar Melaka (where all the tourist spots are)

We're not sure if the restaurant is halal certified or not, but it's not a big deal since there are many available outside eateries nearby.

Love everything in the room, the bed, the bathroom, the bathtub is big, shower gel smell is so lovely and refreshing, the room is spacious and very clean. Wifi fast, tv have many choice of channel, youtube and netflix. The staff and service very tiptop.

I wish management can reconsider to change check-in to 2pm (from 3pm) and check-out to 12pm (instead of 11am). But still not a big issue, i will still repeat in my future trip.

In malay, they say, indah khabar dari rupa. But this is the total opposite. Lo and behold - the photos uploaded by the management doesnt do justice. This place is superb! Very clean and comfortable rooms, great hospitality and everything is just amazing. It's a spa hotel, and my family liked every bit of it.

Location is a bit far from centre but that's the whole purpose of this spa hotel - away from the busy city centre and to have a peaceful stay.

the aroma in the whole area is so relaxing - like in the spa. the room not that big but very comfortable. paling best is their bath room - especially the bath tub! spacious and beautiful. i think it was made from marble not ceramic. the bath wash, hand wash, shampoo and conditioner smell very nice (spa-like) Staff here is very friendly and helpful. Herbaline spa is nearby.

parking area and vapours drops from aircond vent - perhaps the room is too cold

Location is ok, car park for guest, friendly & polite staffs, beautiful interior, provided welcome drinks, snacks & cold towels. The deep bathtub is superb! Shampoo, condition and shower gel are provided by the spa next door, Herbaline. We love it! It is also great to know that the property is reducing their plastic usage example using glass water bottle, paper packaging for their toiletries.

Since the property is next to a busy road, rooms facing that road can be quite noisy. Better to request a quiet room away from the busy road. Also you'll need to carry your own luggage since this is a guest house but no worries since there is a lift.

The hotel’s environment is good especially the room, the bed is quite comfy and what like the most is the toilet! All the toiletries are provided and with good quality!

The location is a bit weird. The lobby can’t access to parking. Not so convenient to reach car park if you are driving own car. Besides, parking space also quite little. Although the room is good, but it would be better if can add small coffee table plus chair since there is a little corner for coffee machine. Hotel’s Security. I’m traveling with bestie. We went back to hotel at around 1am. There’s no security guard or hotel staff and I realize, anyone also can use and access hotel room easily by taking the only lift direct to hotel rooms. Feel A-bit insecure.

Upon arriving, you will be welcome with scent of lemongrass which is very soothing. The room is good enough for couple. Loving the bed and pillow, very comfy. All standard room facilities are provided. The bathtub are wide and not slippery. Shower gel and shampoo smells great. We did not take breakfast at hotel, so no comment on that. Location is nearby Melaka Raya (by car). Overall, we are satisfied with our stay.

Parking is limited inside the premise, but there are spaces just outside the entrance. I wish they include the Spa details in the room itself

Ambience so relaxing, nice aroma essential oil smell around corridor n lobby, have parking lots, hair dryer , unlimited bottle water refills provided , herbaline body wash and shampoo provided. Aristo coffee provided also with 2 capsules and 2 packs of tea. There's iron board n iron also but I found the iron not functioning. Have elevator.

Toilet bowl not so clean(little bit stain), toilet abit smelly I think because of the damp floor mat in front of bath tub, they have put another piece new floor mat as spare but maybe they forgot exchange the previous left on floor which is damp.. Advise for who parking under tree, next day might be a lot of bird's poo hit your car.

Got the famliy joined rooms suite. Bed n bath are well decorated, spacious, good tv options for both kids and parents. My kids didnt want to leave.

The only thing i could complain was that the fridge wasnt working properly, but wasnt using it anyways.

the property smells good. i felt at ease upon stepping in the property. the bathroom is spacious with bathtub. tv with xiaomi sticks which is a rare find in hotels, that helps us go through a rainy night when there might not be much activities going on outside.

the car park is in another location and is not a properly constructed car park space. there were ants and bugs in the car when we leave it overnight. the spa is open from 10.30am to 8pm which i did not manage to enjoy since check out time is 11am and I arrive at 9pm. i was hoping to get a massage before going to bed or the morning before i check out.
