Perfect location.. great spread of breakfast menu.. staffs are good n courteous

Lift is very slow .. we waited almost 30 mins to go down from our floor at 19 to Ground floor to check out .. perhaps the management could do something about this issue. Thanks

The room is clean. We got high floor room and the view is amazing. The staff are all polite. The bed and bedsheet..very comfy..

The tv in the room is not working. Wifi connection is not strong. The carpark has no elevator and not connected to the hotel. It's challenging if you bring kids, elderly and big luggage.

Overhaul was good. Special thanks to the doorman Hossain Maarof from Bangladesh. Very friendly chap 👦 my compliments to him and his colleague Hassan, hopefully got the right name from Bangladesh too.

Showroom space is too tight. Water all over the floor due to shower. Poor lighting, can't shave, etc. Poor touch-up around wash basin. Poor WiFi connection. Front desk staff very poor English.

Location : Surrounded with shops and restaurants. All walking distance to / from the hotel. Room size : For two people yes, it is a big room and of course value for money. Love the bed. Room service: Everyday basis. They will make up our room, change towels, filled up the toiletries and drinking water.

Parking space : Not enough lots, the spaces like 'cun cun' for sedans. But you can always park on Majlis Bandaraya parking spaces, not sure with or without charges. Lifts : Only 3 lifts available to cater 19 floors. Just imagine during check out at noon, have to wait 20 minutes to get down to the lobby.

The location and the staffs are plus points for the hotel. It is very close to many tourist spots. The staffs are very helpful. I am very happy with service extended by the staffs, they are committed to make the guests happy with their stay here.

I rented 3 rooms for 4 nights here. None of the TVs was working. Since my stay was during the Eid I did not bother to complain as we spent most of our times outside. Parking spaces are insufficient to accomodate all guests cars. The elevators are also insufficient to accomodate the guests during full house.

The technical staff were proactive and friendly. So was the staff at the door/ begdrop. All foreigners ...but very helpful and go out of their way to help us out ... a shout out to Hosain, Ismail and Nobu. Excellent job!

The door could not be opened when we arrived bcos the batteries in the lock unit has depleted. Had to wait for the technician to fix it. It happened again when we returned to our room. Only then they changed the batteries. The air cond control was fixed too high up and the markings and writing on it could not be deciphered so it wad like a trial n error pressing of buttons to adjust the airconditioning. The tv was out of order. They had to change it later.

It is conveniently located near tourist attractions and malls. There are room options for family suites which is great at for family bonding. Parking is free for guests.

Since everyone checks out at the same time, or go for breakfast nearly the same period, waiting for the lifts would be very very long. Sometimes we have to line up for it. Even the staff use the same lift to bring things like food trays trolleys/laundry trolley, and they had to wait to allow guests to use first. Luckily we didnt carry heavy baggages, so walked down the stairs. The wifi is very slow.

We stayed at imperial heritage for 3 days in Jan 2023. Its a simple hotel. Our room was clean and of a good size. The bathroom is very nice and clean and we loved the shower! There was a nice stream of hot water that was constant in temperature. Its about a 10 minute airconditioned walk through the mall opposite to A famosa and 6 minutes to Mahkota Parade. The staff are friendly and helpful

We chose this hotel over others in the area for the gym but we're disappointed to learn it was closed indefinitely for renovations. We might still have stayed here, but then we would have packed lighter without our gym clothes and shoes.

The location is superb!! Mcd, 7-11& Pahlawan mall are just opposite the hotel. The major place of interests are in walking distance. We just walk to the places without using any transport. However, if u travel with elder, then is still better to have a drive or use grab. We visit melacca during low season, booking upgraded my room without any charges. Room is big & cozy. Water heater quicks to get heat and water flow is strong. Free parking for in house guest.
