We stayed 2 nights and loved how new and nice everything was. The room is spacious with plenty of useful furniture and storage. It was great that the room had adequate number of chairs, toothbrushes and towels, perfect for us. The rain shower was very relaxing with strong water pressure. The beds were firm but comfortable, with two pillows per person. The staff and security guards were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast for the first day was a buffet, a mix of Western and Asian. Everything was tasty and the scrambled eggs were pretty good. The second day's was a la carte order and the butterfly blue pea nasi lemak was delicious. There was also a welcome drink coupon when we checked-in, which we claimed later.

Some of the surfaces (bedside tables, bathroom ledges) were a little dusty. The tablet holder in for the bathtub also looked a bit moldy, and the toilet paper was very thin. The hotel location is right behind the closed Hotel Equatorial, you have to either walk on the roadside or cut through the Hotel Equatorial car park to get to the malls.

Breakfast: I love the pastries selection, bread, salad, cereal and coffee machine the most. It would be Great if there's more fruit selection. Welcome drink I appreciate the kind effort of the hotel to prepare refreshing sour drink. An instant pick me up, seems like an orange asam boi juice. Room amenities I love how the hotel include small details like bath Robe, slippers, twinnings tea, biscuit, bath salt , bath foam, shaving kit, sanitary plastic, lotion, tooth brush. The little details capture attention.

Nothing everything was excellent.

1. The hotel is new. Room is exceptional. Clean and tidy. It has all the basic needs. Very spacious too. My 2 year old son can run here and there without any trouble hehe 2. The pool is great. It's clean and safe for children even though there is no guard on duty. 3. The staff is brilliant. Attended to all our request diligently. 2 thumbs up.

Little disappointment - Breakfast was a bit let down but okay. We were expecting buffet but they only provided us with ala carte with decent number of options.

1) Super Friendly Staffs (Guards, Reception, Housekeeping, F&B all very friendly and helpful) 2) Clean (Plus point for the toilet with double bidet, room well maintained, a lil dusty in the wardrobe but nothing major still clean) 3) Nice breakfast (Breakfast spread is just nice for the amount of guest they have daily. Some days a lot of choices, some days little. But it's fine because all the food taste gooood!) 4) Easy Parking 5) Good location 6) Easy check in and check out, very smooth

I don't like that my vacation is over :(

The rooms are new, spacious and clean. The overall interior of the hotel and rooms are very decorative and beautiful. The breakfast spread is quite nice and tasty. The location of the hotel is strategic and very near to attractions in town (we still opted for car rides instead of walking due to the hot weather). Most importantly, all the staffs from security guards, receptionist, housekeeping and during breakfast time are super friendly, polite, helpful and all smiles. Overall it was a great experience staying in this hotel, and we would love to come back again.

It's a 10 min walking distance to the city, and like the hotel itself, the facilities are brand new, got smart tv in the room, spacious room, ample toiletries provided, and the best part of it all for somebody who's highly allregic to dust mites like me: the room is free from them! Also had a chance to chat with the staff, stating that the hotel is designed to accommodate family as well, hence the 2 extra large beds, bath tub for the kids, and swimming+kiddie pool. Trust me, been searching for hotels in Melaka, it's hard to find these family-friendly criteria fulfilled even by the expensive ones on top of the cleanliness and all.

Perhaps the breakfast selection and that there was no room service, but who could complain much since it's in the middle of the city, you could just grab some meals anywhere.

The hotel was located close to the main city area (walking distance to malls and Jonker), but not too close so it was nice and quiet. Pool was clean (good for kids) and gym was decent. Breakfast was decent. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

1. No sheltered carpark so vehicles were baking under the sun. 2. Walking to the malls was a bit dangerous for kids as there were no proper pedestrian walkways.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. Check-in was fast and the security guards were very courteous and took care of all the cars in the guest-only lots. Love the bathtub in the room and although the swimming pool was small but that's not what we came to Melaka for in the 1st place. Close to the vicinity where we wanted to go anyway.

Being a ex-hotelier myself, we know the total number of guest staying overnight (it was a full occupancy that weekend) and the counter food could be replenished faster based on the guests yet to arrive for breakfast. Just an observation. No harm done.

New hotel. Property and room are clean. Room size is very good for 4 adults..Breakfast acceptable for small hotel. The staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel is within 10 mins walk to Hatten Square and main shopping areas, so very convenient.

The bathroom door is squeaky and drainage of water from bathroom seems slow. But other than those, the facilities are relatively well maintained.

1. The bathtub is good for kids to have fun as it was raining at outdoor so we did not use the swimming pool. 2. The internet tv is really a bonus for getting my two boys sit still in the room. 3. Security guard is friendly and they volunteer to offer help to carry our luggages going in to the hotel

1. The pool water is seem cloudy in the morning. So we didn't try the swimming pool after breakfast. 2 There is weird smell inside the room especially when we enter the hotel room. But once we on the aircon the bad smell will be gone.
