The room was cosy and clean. All the staffs are friendly and Ms Dayah was very helpful on giving us directions and where to visit.

They should make the room sound prove because till midnight we could hear the sound of vehicle.

Great location. 7-11 next door, few minutes to Jonker street. And also nearby a public carpark with reasonable parking fee. Although the outlook of the building not so... present, but the room is actually very clean, organize & comfortable. Design of the room is unique too. Toilet is clean. Hotel lobby is a bit small but very comfortable and cooling. Staffs are helpful. I enjoy my 4 days stay there.

Mmm... nothing much. Air-conditioning in the room could be in better condition. Very cool sometimes but take a while to cool sometimes 😂 but overall working well.

Great location, everything is at walking distance. It is located directly in the red colonial area. Groceries are next door and you can exchange money just across the street. There is a vent in a bathroom. I would book this place again.

Poor wifi connection but possible to connect so not a big issue. We had a problem with bathroom light switch, it was a bit difficult to turn the light on, we had to press the switch a few times before it worked.

First of all, the desk man Wan was so lovely. Happy to help and went out of his way to make recommendations on places to eat and the like and super easy to communicate with. The location is also great and the rooms are exactly as advertised. So far best hotel wifi of any hotel Ive been to in my travels so far.

Elevator smells and hallways were a little unbearably hot during the day but otherwise no complaints

JonkeRed Heritage Hotel located just beside Dataran Stadthuys (bangunan merah). Very convenience to visit & explore Melaka tourist attractions such as experiencing river cruise, Menara Taming Sari, Flor De La Mar, visit many museum, A'Famosa monument etc.

During day time, Muslim restaurant a bit far (10-15 minutes walking) from the hotel but you can use app grabfood as well. Nevertheless during night time, many restaurants along the river open to provide delicious food.

The road that the hotel is on is very, very busy but location is spot-on - next to a 7-11, and walkable to many eateries and places of interest. There is also a public parking area just down the road (about RM2-3/per entry/per day). There was a Coway water dispenser on the ground floor and the room came with 2 sets of tea cups, saucers and teaspoons. Room was comfortable and facilities worked fine. Value for money and a good place to stay if your objective of visiting Melaka is sightseeing and eating!

There were a couple of ants near the sink in my room. I have reported this to the receptionist so I hope they have sorted it out. The room is a little dark so not suitable for reading. Some noises of people talking at the corridor could be heard from inside the room but nothing major.

It is in an excellent location, and the room and bathroom were very well appointed. The bed was also very comfortable. They used Grohe bathroom fittings, for crying out loud. That is always a plus which makes for very refreshing showers.

It would have been great if there was some sound-proofing to block out some of the noise from the traffic downstairs. Also, some kind of breakfast would have been great. It doesn't have to be fancy -- just a few pastries or rolls and coffee and tea would be enough. Like what the locals have.

The location is tiptop! Exactly next to Stadhuys. Very convenient for those who intend to explore Jonker street. There is a 7-11 convenience store next to the hotel

Hotel does not have private parkings. Guests can park at the public car park at Stadhuys. It is pretty safe. There isnt even a place to stop in front of the hotel to unload your luggages as it is located on a super busy and narrow street

We stayed for two nights at this hotel and one can bei said - it was the perfect choice in Meleka. The location was great next to the relevant places like Jonker Street, famous churches/temples, great rated restaurants and the river. By the way, a 7eleven is directly next to the hotel. The room was really clean, comfortable and furnished with everything you need in a hotel room. It was really lovingly decorated. The service was fantastic as the staffs were. They cared for us. The staffs at the reception (especially Dayah) helped us with our requests and were really friendly. We can definitely recommend this hotel. It's really worth it.

Location was great. Our family went back to hotel to freshen up after whole morning visiting the nearby attractions by foot. Hotel staff very friendly and asked if we need extra key cards. The lobby area have enough seats for our group of 9 to buy dinner to share. Water dispenser and microwave available at lobby. Room 211 and 212 are bigger than 213 and 215. wifi was strong. Water pressure was good.

Nothing really. Except the lights a bit dim.
